Claims (5)
- 基準電圧を発生させるための基準電圧発生回路と、前記基準電圧発生回路から出力された基準電圧に基づく参照電圧により出力電圧を制御すると共にオン/オフに切り換え可能なレギュレータとを備えた電源回路において、
前記基準電圧発生回路と前記レギュレータが接続されるラインに一端が接続されるコンデンサと、
前記レギュレータがオフ状態の際に、前記コンデンサを放電するための放電回路と、
前記放電回路が有する前記基準電圧発生回路と前記レギュレータとの間に直列接続された第1スイッチおよび前記第1スイッチと前記コンデンサに並列接続された第2スイッチと、
前記レギュレータが有する差動増幅回路と、前記放電回路の前記第1スイッチおよび前記第2スイッチとをオン/オフに切り換えて制御する起動制御回路とを備え、
前記起動制御回路によって、前記レギュレータがオフ状態の際には、前記第1スイッチがオフ状態にされると共に、前記第2スイッチがオン状態にされ、且つ、前記差動増幅回路もオフ状態にされ、
前記レギュレータがオン状態の際には、前記第1スイッチおよび前記差動増幅回路がオン状態にされると共に、前記第2スイッチがオフ状態にされ、
前記レギュレータをオン状態からオフ状態に切り換えた際には、前記第1スイッチおよび前記差動増幅回路がオフ状態にされると共に、前記第2スイッチがオン状態にされ、
前記レギュレータをオフ状態からオン状態に切り換えた際には、前記第1スイッチおよび前記差動増幅回路がオン状態にされると共に、前記第2スイッチがオフ状態にされるように制御されることを特徴とする電源回路。 - 前記コンデンサを含むフィルター回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源回路。
- 前記放電回路を含むバッファ回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電源回路。
- 前記基準電圧発生回路と前記レギュレータとの間には、基準電圧を変化させるための電圧可変回路が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電源回路。
- 前記基準電圧可変回路は、前記基準電圧発生回路と前記レギュレータとの間に直列接続された第1可変抵抗と、前記基準電圧発生回路と前記レギュレータとの間に並列接続された第2可変抵抗とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電源回路。
