Claims (5)
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン20〜40容量%と、比重7以上のポリテトラフルオロエチレン移着膜形成効果のある粉末状の金属10〜30容量%と、残部樹脂と、を有機溶剤で溶かして所望の粘度に調整したワニス状の樹脂組成物層をフィルム上に塗工し、乾燥中に前記樹脂組成物層において前記金属が沈降して前記フィルム面に近くなるほど前記金属の濃度が濃くなるような濃度勾配を有し、乾燥した前記樹脂組成物層における厚みの中央の前記金属の濃度が、前記フィルム面に接する面の前記金属の濃度の1/1.5〜1/3の範囲となっていることを特徴とする摺動樹脂成形体。
- 前記樹脂組成物層には、前記ポリテトラフルオロエチレン以外の固体潤滑剤1〜10容量%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動樹脂成形体。
- 前記有機溶剤で溶かしてワニス状にした樹脂組成物層には、当該樹脂組成物層の粘度を調整するための無機カルシウム5〜20容量%を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動樹脂成形体。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の摺動樹脂成形体の前記フィルムと反対側の面を、金属板又は表面に多孔質体が形成された金属板からなる基材に接合又は含浸したことを特徴とする摺動部材。
- ポリテトラフルオロエチレン20〜40容量%と、比重7以上のポリテトラフルオロエチレン移着膜形成効果のある粉末状の金属10〜30容量%と、残部樹脂と、を有機溶剤で溶かして所望の粘度に調整したワニス状の樹脂組成物層をフィルム上に塗工する塗工工程、
塗工した樹脂組成物層を所定の温度範囲で所定時間かけて乾燥することにより前記有機溶剤を揮発させると共に前記樹脂組成物層において前記金属が沈降して前記フィルム面に近くなるほど前記金属の濃度が濃くなるような濃度勾配を有するように制御する乾燥工程、
乾燥した樹脂組成物層の前記フィルムと反対側の面を、金属板又は表面に多孔質体が形成された金属板からなる基材に接合又は含浸する被覆工程、
とからなることを特徴とする摺動部材の製造方法。
