Claims (9)
- 互いに積層された複数の金属層(3−6)と、これら金属層(3−6)のうちの隣り合う金属層の間に挟持されている少なくとも1つの接着層(12)とを有するラミネート(1)であって、前記複数の金属層(3−6)の各々は、1対の重なりエッジ(9,10)を備えた複数の分離した金属層部分(7,8)を有し、これら各対のエッジ(9,10)は、第1の面方向において互いにオフセットされ、一緒になって連続した結合領域(2)を規定しているラミネートにおいて、
このラミネート(1)は、互いに第2の面方向で別れた第1のセクション(14)と、補強用の金属層(16)を更に含んだ第2のセクション(15)とを有し、前記補強用の金属層(16)は、ラミネートの厚さ方向で前記金属層間に位置し、1対の重なりエッジ(19,20)を備えた補強用の2つの金属層部分(17,18)を有し、前記1対の重なりエッジ(19,20)は、前記連続した結合領域の前記第1の面方向で外側に位置されていることを特徴とするラミネート。 - 前記複数の金属層(3−6)の各々は、前記金属層部分(7,8)が互いにほぼ一直線上にあるように、段付きエッジ(9)を備えた金属層部分(7)を有している請求項1のラミネート。
- 前記補強用の金属層部分(17,18)は、段付き部分(26)を形成するように、前記金属層部分(7)の前記段付きエッジ(9)を覆うように段(23)が付けられている請求項2のラミネート。
- 前記2つの補強用の金属層部分(17,18)の前記段付き部分(26)は、続いて、第2の段付き部分(27)を形成するように、他方の金属層部分(8)へと反対方向に段(24)が付けられている請求項3のラミネート。
- 前記2つの補強用の金属層部分のうちの一方の金属層部分(17)は、第3の段付き部分、即ち段付きエッジ(19)を形成するように、他方の補強用の金属層部分(18)を覆っている段が付けられた金属層部分(7)の前記段付きエッジ(9)と同じ方向に、実質的に段(25)が付けられている請求項4のラミネート。
- 前記複数の金属層のうちの1つの金属層(6)の金属層部分(7)が、この金属層部分(7)のエッジ(9)と、前記補強用の金属層部分(17)の、反対方向に段(24)が付けられた部分(27)との間にスペースを形成するように、補強用の金属層部分(17)の反対方向に段(24)が付けられた部分(27)を覆うように延び、前記1つの金属層(6)の他方の金属層部分(8)のエッジ(10)が、前記スペースが存在している領域まで延びている請求項5のラミネート。
- 前記1つの金属層部分(8)は、同じ方向に段が付けられた補強用の金属層部分(17)の前記段付きエッジ(19)を覆うように、前記スペースが存在している領域から段が形成され、続いて、反対方向に段が形成されている請求項6のラミネート。
- 前記エッジ(9,10,19,20)がオーバーラップしている方向に対して横方向で補強用金属層部分の前記エッジ(9,10,19,20)は、前記2つの補強用の金属層部分(17,18)をカバーするように前記金属層(6)の階段状の配列(28,29)を与えるために、異なるサイズを有している請求項1ないし7のいずれか1のラミネート。
- 前記接着層(12)は、前記重なりエッジ(9,10,19,20)を連続して覆うように盛り上がっている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1のラミネート。
