Claims (4)
- 長孔を有する第1部品と、取付孔を有する第2部品と、これらの部品を連結するクリップとを備えた部品の取付構造において、
前記クリップは、前記第1部品の長孔の長さよりも短く、前記長孔の幅よりも長い長径と、前記長孔の幅よりも短い短径とを有し、前記長孔に挿入されて回転させることにより第1部品に係合する第1フランジ部と、この第1フランジ部の前記第1部品への当接面の中央部から伸びて前記長孔に挿通される軸部と、この軸部に連設されて、前記第1フランジ部に向けて斜めに延出され、前記長孔の裏面側周縁に弾性的に当接する第2フランジ部と、この第2フランジ部に隣接して前記軸部に連設され、前記第2部品の取付孔の周縁に当接する第3フランジ部と、この第3フランジ部の前記第2部品への当接面の中央部から延出され、前記第2部品の取付孔に挿入されて、該取付孔の裏面側周縁に係止される脚部とを有しており、
前記軸部は、軸方向から見たときの断面が略四角形状をなし、対角上に位置する一対の角部が大きな曲率の円弧からなる摺動部をなし、残りの一対の角部がそれよりも小さい曲率の円弧又は角部からなるストッパ部をなし、前記摺動部が前記長孔の長辺に接触する方向には回動できるが、前記ストッパ部が前記長孔の長辺に接触する方向には回動できない形状とされており、
前記第1フランジ部は、その長径方向が、前記軸部の対向する一対の辺方向となるように配置されており、
前記ストッパ部が前記長孔の長辺に係合して所定方向にそれ以上回動できない状態まで前記クリップを回動させ、前記第1フランジ部の長径方向が、前記長孔の長辺に対して交差して配置されるとき、前記第2フランジ部が弾性変形することにより、前記第1フランジ部が乗り越え可能に係合する凸部が、前記第1部品上に設けられていることを特徴とする部品の取付構造。 - 前記凸部は、前記ストッパ部が前記長孔の長辺に係合して所定方向にそれ以上回動できない状態にあって、前記第1フランジ部の長径方向が、前記長孔の長辺に対して交差して配置された状態で、前記軸部の摺動部が前記長孔の長辺に接触する方向に回動しようとするとき、前記第1フランジ部の長径方向に沿った側部に係合するように設けられている請求項1記載の部品の取付構造。
- 前記第2フランジ部は、前記軸部の外周から前記第1フランジ部に向けて斜め外方にスカート状に延出された形状をなしている請求項1又は2記載の部品の取付構造。
- 前記第2フランジ部は、前記軸部の外周の対向する部分から、前記第1フランジ部に向けて斜め外方に延出された一対の羽根状片からなる請求項1又は2記載の部品の取付構造。
