上記の試験条件で試験を実施し、ベルト層の故障までの走行距離で耐久性の比較を行なった。走行距離の値は、比較例1の値を1.0としたものであり、数値が高いほど故障するまでの走行距離が長く耐久性に優れていることを示す。表1より、実施例1、2のいずれについても、比較例1より耐久性に優れていることが明らかである。

Claims (5)
- タイヤ赤道面に対して交差する複数本のコードが埋設されたトロイド状のカーカス層と、
前記カーカス層のタイヤ半径方向外側に配置されたトレッドゴム層と、
前記カーカス層と前記トレッドゴム層との間に配置されたベルト層と、
を備えた航空機用ラジアルタイヤであって、
前記ベルト層は、タイヤ赤道面と交差すると共にタイヤ周方向に延びるコードがタイヤ幅方向の両端で屈曲され全領域において均一に配置されてタイヤの半径方向に複数層積層されるジグザグ無端ベルトを有し、
前記ベルト層の内の前記ジグザグ無端ベルトの内側ベルト層を構成する内側コード部は、タイヤ赤道面と第1の角度で交差され、前記内側ベルト層のタイヤ半径方向外側に配置される外側ベルト層を構成する外側コード部は、タイヤ赤道面と第1の角度と異なる第2の角度で交差され、前記内側コード部と前記外側コード部との間に配置された中間コード部は、タイヤ赤道面と前記第1の角度と前記第2の角度の間の中間角度で交差されること、を特徴とする航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記内側ベルト層と前記外側ベルト層とは異なる幅で構成され、
前記中間コード部で構成されるベルト幅は、前記内側ベルト層の幅と前記外側ベルト層の幅との中間幅とされていること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。 - 前記中間コード部は、タイヤの周方向に1周以上10周以内で巻き回されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層は、非伸張性及び高剛性を有する非伸張高剛性コードをタイヤ周方向に延びると共にタイヤ軸方向に向かう方向に螺旋状に巻回して構成されるスパイラルベルトをさらに有していること、を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の航空機用ラジアルタイヤ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の航空機タイヤの製造方法であって、
ブラダーを用いての加硫成形時における金型内での前記ベルト層の拡張率を1.5%以下とすること、を特徴とする航空機用ラジアルタイヤの製造方法。
