Description
本発明の目的は、自動穿通、自動注射、および偶然針が刺さってしまうのを防止するための自動安全手段としていくつかの自動機能を有する注射装置、特にいかなる実質的な態様でも注射器の大きさを増すことなく粘度の高い流体形態の薬剤を取り扱うことができる注射装置を提供することである。
以上説明され図面に示された実施例は本発明の非制限的な例にすぎないとみなされるべきであり、特許請求項の範囲内で変更され得ることが理解されるべきである。
Claims (9)
- 注射装置であって、
筐体(10,100)と、
容器(20)およびストッパを有する前記筐体内に配置される容器ホルダ(12)とを備え、前記容器(20)は容器に装着された針(22)を通して送達すべき薬剤を収容するように適合され、前記ストッパは前記容器内部を封止するようにかつ摺動可能に配置され、さらに
装置の内側に配置されかつエネルギを蓄積するように適合されるエネルギ蓄積部材(80)と、
前記エネルギ蓄積部材に接続され、かつ近端が前記ストッパに接して配置されるプランジャロッド(40)にねじ式に係合されるプランジャロッド駆動部材(50)を備えるプランジャ駆動手段とを備え、前記プランジャ駆動手段は、プランジャロッド上の長手方向ガイド手段(44)に係合するように配置されかつ設計される非回転手段(123,125)をさらに備え、これにより、前記プランジャロッド駆動部材がエネルギ蓄積部材からの出力トルクによって回転するとプランジャロッド(40)は装置の近端に向けて線形に付勢され、
前記装置はさらに、容器ホルダ(12)に固定して接続されかつプランジャロッドに解放可能に接続されるように配置されかつ設計される容器ドライバ手段(30)を備え、これにより、前記プランジャロッド(40)が装置の近端に向けて付勢されると容器ホルダ(12)は装置の近端に向けて予め定められた距離だけ移動し、これにより針の穿通が行なわれ、すると前記プランジャロッドの連続した動きにより前記容器ドライバ手段が強制的に前記プランジャロッドから解放され、これにより注射が行なわれることを特徴とする、注射装置。 - 前記容器ドライバ手段は、スナップ式にプランジャ駆動手段に接続され、針の穿通が行なわれた直後に前記容器ドライバ手段を前記プランジャロッドから解放し、これにより装置の近端に向けて付勢する力から前記容器ホルダを解放するためのものである、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 前記容器ドライバ手段は、針の穿通が行なわれた直後に前記プランジャロッドから前記容器ドライバを解放し、かつ薬剤を前記針を通して放出するように前記プランジャロッドが引き続いて前記容器内部で装置の近端に向けて駆動されているときは前記容器ドライバが前記プランジャロッド上を摺動可能にするための、前記プランジャロッド(40)上の環状溝(43)中にスナップ式に配置される弾力部材(32)を備える、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の注射装置。
- 前記エネルギ蓄積部材(80)を負荷がかかった状態で保持するための、前記プランジャ駆動手段に作用することができる保持手段(73,53)をさらに備える、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の注射装置。
- 前記エネルギ蓄積部材を解放し、それにより前記プランジャ駆動手段を解放するための、前記保持手段に作用することができる作動手段(70)をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の注射装置。
- 注射部位に押し当てられると前記作動手段(70)に作用することができる、近位前記筐体の中に摺動可能に配置される針遮蔽スリーブ(11)をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の注射装置。
- 前記作動手段は、前記装置が注射部位から除去されると装置の近端に向けて前記針遮蔽スリーブを付勢するための弾力手段(60)をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の注射装置。
- 前記装置が注射部位から除去されると装置の遠端に向けた移動に対して前記針遮蔽スリーブをロックするためのロック手段(118)をさらに備える、請求項7に記載の注射装置。
- エネルギ蓄積部材(80)は板渦巻ばねである、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の注射装置。
