Description
Claims (12)
- マスト式リフトであって、
マスト基部上に支持されるマストと、
上記マストに移動可能に固定される作業プラットフォームと、
上記作業プラットフォームと上記マストの間に連結され、上記作業プラットフォームの上記マストにおける昇降をもたらすリフトシステムとを備え、
上記リフトシステムは、上記リフトシステムの過負荷及び上記リフトシステムが移動範囲の端部にあることの少なくとも一つが起こったときにスリップする過負荷クラッチと、上記リフトシステムが最大降下位置をこえて動くことを防止するオーバーランブレーキと、係合位置の方に付勢されている緊急ブレーキと、一端から巻き上げドラムに巻くことができ、且つ上記マストの他端で固定される少なくとも1本の昇降用ロープと、上記緊急ブレーキに連結され、且つ上記マストの上記他端と上記巻き上げドラムとの間に配置されるアイドラローラであって、上記昇降用ロープの張力が上記アイドラローラを動かして上記緊急ブレーキを係合解除位置に維持するように、上記少なくとも1本の昇降用ロープと協働して係合可能な上記アイドラローラを含むマスト式リフト。 - 上記リフトシステムが、上記巻き上げドラムに動作可能に連結されるウォーム駆動ギアボックスであって、駆動源と連結可能な駆動シャフトを介して駆動される上記ウォーム駆動ギアボックスを備える請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記リフトシステムは2本の昇降用ロープを備える請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記作業プラットフォームと上記マスト基部の間に取り付けられたエネルギー吸収部材をさらに備える請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記駆動源は、電源装置及び手持ち式パワードリルの一方である請求項2に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記駆動シャフトが係合解除位置の方に付勢されており、それにより上記駆動シャフトが作動するには前記付勢に対して反対の力を必要とする請求項5に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記オーバーランブレーキは噛み合いクラッチと協働可能なブレーキレバーを備え、上記昇降用ロープの張力が低下する際に、上記ブレーキレバーは上記噛み合いクラッチを変位させて上記ウォーム駆動ギアボックスに係合させることによって、上記ウォーム駆動ギアボックスを止めさせる請求項2に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記噛み合いクラッチは、上記作業プラットフォームの上昇を許容するが、上記作業プラットフォームの降下を防止する一方向噛み合いクラッチを含む請求項7に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記リフトシステムの重量は、約14kgである請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記マスト式リフトが自立型であるように上記マスト基部が構成されている請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 上記作業プラットフォームが停止された場合に、上記リフトシステムが動くことを防止するように、上記オーバーランブレーキが構成されている請求項1に記載のマスト式リフト。
- 作業プラットフォームとマストの間に連結可能で、上記作業プラットフォームの上記マストにおける昇降をもたらすリフトシステムであって、
上記リフトシステムは、上記リフトシステムの過負荷及び上記リフトシステムの移動範囲の端部への到達の少なくとも一つが起こったときにスリップする過負荷クラッチと、上記リフトシステムが最大降下位置をこえて動くことを防止するオーバーランブレーキと、係合位置の方に付勢されている緊急ブレーキと、一端から巻き上げドラムに巻くことができ、且つ上記マストの他端で固定可能な少なくとも1本の昇降用ロープと、上記緊急ブレーキに連結されるアイドラローラであって、上記昇降用ロープの張力が上記アイドラローラを動かして上記緊急ブレーキを係合解除位置に維持するように、上記少なくとも1本の昇降用ロープと協働して係合可能な上記アイドラローラとを含むリフトシステム。
