Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態における軟磁性材料を模式的に示す図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態における軟磁性材料は、金属磁性粒子10と、金属磁性粒子10の表面を取り囲む絶縁被膜20とを有する複数の複合磁性粒子30と、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂40と、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤50とを備えている。絶縁被膜20は、リン酸塩を含んでいる。
金属磁性粒子としての純鉄粉(ヘガネスジャパン社製の商品名「ABC100.30」、平均粒径100μm)を準備した。そして、当該粉末の表面についてボンデ処理を実施して、平均膜厚が100nmのリン酸鉄からなる絶縁被膜を形成した。そして、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂として、PEEK(ビクトレックス・エムシー株式会社製、平均粒径100μm、重量平均分子量43000)を、0.05質量%、添加した。そして、平均粒径が2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤として、平均粒径が0.8μmのステアリン酸亜鉛(日本油脂株式会社製、平均粒径0.8μm)を、0.005質量%、添加した。そして、V型混合機を用いて、1時間これらを混合して、本発明例1における軟磁性材料を準備した。その後、軟磁性材料を1275MPaの圧力を印加して、成形体を作製した。そして、420℃で窒素気流雰囲気において1時間、成形体を熱処理した。これにより、圧粉磁心を作製した。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例2は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤として、六方晶系窒化ホウ素(hBN,水島合金鉄株式会社製、平均粒径2μm)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例3は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤として、二硫化モリブデン(MoS2、住鉱潤滑剤株式会社製、平均粒径1μm)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例4は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤として、グラファイト(黒鉛)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例5は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤を0.001質量%添加した点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例6は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤を0.050質量%添加した点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例7は、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂として、重量平均分子量が109000のPEEK(ビクトレックス・エムシー株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例8は、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂として、平均粒径が300μmであるPEEK(ビクトレックス・エムシー株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例9は、重量平均分子量が10000のPEEKを用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例10は、重量平均分子量が100000のPEEKを用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例11は、無機潤滑剤の平均粒径の10倍以上であって、かつ、金属磁性粒子の平均粒径の2倍であるPEEKを用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、本発明例12は、複数の複合磁性粒子に対して、0.1質量%含まれている無機潤滑剤を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、比較例1は、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂の代わりにポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS、出光石油化学株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、比較例2は、芳香族ポリエーテルケトン樹脂の代わりに非結晶性樹脂であるポリエーテルイミド(PEI、GEプラスチックス株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、比較例3は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤の代わりに平均粒径が7.5μmのステアリン酸亜鉛(日本油脂株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、比較例4は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤の代わりにエチレンビスステアリン酸アミド(日本油脂株式会社製)を用いた点においてのみ異なる。
基本的には本発明例1と同様であるが、比較例5は、平均粒径2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤を添加しなかった点においてのみ異なる。
上記の圧粉磁心の各々について、外径34mm、内径20mm、厚み5mmのリング状成形体(熱処理済)に関し、一次300巻、二次20巻の巻き線を施し、磁気特性測定用試料とした。これらの試料にて、BHカーブトレーサ(理研電子株式会社製の商品名「BHS−40S10K」)を用いて鉄損を測定した。具体的には、まず、12000A/m磁界印加時の磁束密度を測定した。そして、励起磁束密度を2.5kG(=0.25T(テスラ))、測定周波数を5kHzにて、フルループ(BH曲線)を描いた時のコアロスを測定した。測定結果は、単位体積当たりのコアロス値(W/m3)とし、表2にその測定結果を示す。
10mm×10mm×55mmの大きさを有する三点曲げ抗折強度試験用の試験片を製作した。三点曲げ抗折強度試験用の試験片を用いて、万能材料試験機オートグラフ(島津製作所株式会社製の商品名「TG−25])により、三点曲げ抗折強度試験を行なった。三点曲げ抗折強度試験は、常温および200℃のもと、40mmのスパンで試験片を支持して行なった。その測定結果を表3に示す。
Claims (1)
- 純鉄よりなる金属磁性粒子と、前記金属磁性粒子の表面を取り囲み、リン酸塩を含む絶縁被膜とを含む複数の複合磁性粒子と、
芳香族ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂と、
平均粒径が2.0μm以下の微粒子状の金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤を備え、
前記金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤は、前記複数の複合磁性粒子に対して、0.001質量%以上0.05質量%以下含まれ、
前記芳香族ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂の重量平均分子量が1万以上10万以下であり、
前記芳香族ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂の平均粒径が、前記金属石鹸および/または六方晶系の結晶構造を有する無機潤滑剤の平均粒径の10倍以上であって、かつ、前記金属磁性粒子の平均粒径の2倍以下である軟磁性材料を用いて作製された、
200℃での抗折強度が109.3MPa以上である、圧粉磁心。
