Claims (6)
- 接続端側の外周に雄ねじ(5)を設けた第1部材(1)と、接続端側の外周にフランジ(6)を設けた第2部材(2)と、前記第2部材(2)の外周に回転可能に装着して前記雄ねじ(5)に螺合させるユニオンナット(3)を有し、前記フランジ(6)を、前記ユニオンナット(3)で前記第1部材(1)又はその第1部材に保持される他部材との間に挟みつけて前記第1部材(1)と第2部材(2)を接続する部材継手において、
前記第1部材(1)の雄ねじ形成部近傍の外周に、相反する方向に傾斜したリーディング面(7a)とトレーリング面(7b)を有する突起(7)を設け、
前記ユニオンナット(3)の開口した先端部に、内径が前記第1部材(1)の前記突起形成部の外径よりも大きいロックリング(4)を回転可能に取り付け、
そのロックリング(4)の内周に、当該ロックリングが回転するときに前記突起(7)に押されて弾性変形してその突起(7)を乗り越える内向きに延びだしたロック爪(9)を設け、
さらに、前記ユニオンナット(3)の前記突起(7)よりも外径側に、前記ロック爪(9)と係合する挟持片(8)を設け、
前記ユニオンナット(3)がねじ込み終点まで締め込まれた位置で、前記ロック爪(9)の先端側が前記トレーリング面(7b)に対面し、その位置から前記ユニオンナット(3)が単独で緩み方向に回転するときに前記ロック爪(9)の先端側が前記挟持片(8)と前記トレーリング面(7b)との間に挟まれるようにしたことを特徴とする部材継手。 - 前記ロックリング(4)を、高強度樹脂で形成した請求項1に記載の部材継手。
- 前記突起(7)とロック爪(9)と挟持片(8)をそれぞれ周方向に定ピッチで複数設け、前記ロック爪(9)と前記挟持片(8)の数を前記突起(7)の数よりも多くし、前記挟持片(8)を各ロック爪(9)間に遊嵌状態に配置した請求項1又は2に記載の部材継手。
- 前記トレーリング面(7b)の傾斜角を前記リーディング面(7a)の傾斜角よりも大きくし、なおかつ、前記ロック爪(9)を前記トレーリング面(7b)に接触した位置でそのトレーリング面(7b)と平行になる向きに傾斜させた請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の部材継手。
- 内部流路を備えるノズルホルダ(11)と、先端に液体噴射用のノズル(12)を有するノズルヘッド(13)と、そのノズルヘッド(13)を前記ノズルホルダ(11)に接続する請求項1〜4に記載の部材継手(10)と、前記ノズルホルダ(11)とノズルヘッド(13)の接続部の内部に配置するバルブ(14)を有し、
前記ノズルホルダ(11)の端部外周に設けられた雄ねじ(5)に前記部材継手(10)のユニオンナット(3)が螺合されて前記ノズルヘッド(13)の接続側の端部に設けられたフランジ(6)が前記ユニオンナット(3)と前記ノズルホルダ(11)又はそのノズルホルダに保持された部材との間に挟まれ、
前記部材継手(10)の前記リーディング面(7a)とトレーリング面(7b)を有する突起(7)が前記雄ねじ(5)に近接して前記ノズルホルダ(11)の外周に設けられ、
前記部材継手(10)のユニオンナット(3)が単独で緩み方向に回転するときに前記部材継手(10)のロックリング(4)に設けたロック爪(9)が、前記ユニオンナット(3)に設けた挟持片(8)と前記突起のトレーリング面(7b)との間に挟まれるように構成された噴霧ノズルユニット。 - 前記ノズルヘッド(13)に、前記ノズルホルダ(11)に接続される第1エルボ(15)と、その第1エルボ(15)に接続される第2エルボ(16)が含まれ、
前記ノズルホルダ(11)に対する前記第1エルボ(15)の接続と、前記第1エルボ(15)に対する前記第2エルボ(16)の接続が共に請求項1〜4に記載の部材継手(10)を用いて行われ、
さらに、前記ノズルホルダ(11)と第1エルボ(15)の接続部及び前記第1エルボ(15)と第2エルボ(16)の接続部にそれぞれ前記バルブ(14)が組み込まれ、
前記ノズルホルダ(11)と前記第1エルボ(15)の相対回転、前記第1エルボ(15)と前記第2エルボ(16)の相対回転により、前記バルブ(14)の開閉及び第2エルボ(16)に設けた前記ノズル(12)の位置と向きの切換えがなされるように構成された請求項5に記載の噴霧ノズルユニット。
