Claims (4)
- 所定の範囲内に進入してきた物体を検出する検出装置において、
インパルス状の信号を、帯域制限がかけられた電磁波による送信信号として射出する処理を周期的に実行する送信手段と、
所定の送信タイミングで前記送信手段から送信された前記送信信号が物体で反射した電磁波を受信信号として受信し、前記送信タイミングから所定の遅延時間経過後に前記受信信号をサンプリングするサンプリング処理を周期的に実行し、得られたサンプリング値を所定の閾値と比較することにより前記物体の存在有無を判定する処理をそれぞれ個別に実行する第1の受信手段と第2の受信手段と、
前記第1の受信手段と前記第2の受信手段のいずれか一方から前記物体の検知信号が得られた場合に、前記物体が前記所定の範囲内に進入してきたと判定する総合判定手段と
を備え、
前記第2の受信手段の前記遅延時間は、前記第1の受信手段の前記遅延時間に対して、前記送信信号のうちの主要周波数の振幅波の半周期相当分の時間だけずらして設定されている
検出装置。 - 前記第2の受信手段の前記遅延時間は、前記第1の受信手段の前記遅延時間に対して前記半周期相当分の時間だけ長い時間に設定されている
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - 前記所定の範囲は、前記検出装置からの距離が1メートル以下の範囲であり、
前記検出装置の検出対象の物体は、その形状が可変する物体である
請求項1に記載の検出装置。 - インパルス状の信号を帯域制限がかけられた電磁波による送信信号として周期的に射出し、前記送信信号が物体で反射した電磁波を受信信号として受信し、前記受信信号に基づいて所定の範囲内に進入してきた前記物体を検出する検出装置の検出方法において、
前記送信信号の送信タイミングから所定の遅延時間経過後に前記受信信号をサンプリングするサンプリング処理を周期的に実行し、得られたサンプリング値を所定の閾値と比較することにより前記物体の存在有無を判定する処理をそれぞれ2系統で個別に実行し、
前記2系統のいずれか一方から前記物体の検知信号が得られた場合に、前記物体が前記所定の範囲内に進入してきたと判定し、その判定結果を出力する
ステップを含み、
前記2系統のうちの一方の前記遅延時間は、他方の前記遅延時間に対して、前記送信信号のうちの主要周波数の振幅波の半周期相当分の時間だけずらして設定されている
