Description
上記予熱温度は、低すぎても高すぎても樹脂シートが所定の温度にならないことがあるので、熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度−20℃〜該熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度+10℃の温度が好ましい。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(ユニチカ社製、商品名「NEH−2070」、極限粘度0.88)を溶融押出成形した厚さ2.5mmのポリエチレンテレフタレートシート(結晶化度4.5%)を延伸装置(協和エンジニアリング社製)に供給し、80℃に予熱した後、74℃に加熱された一対のロール(ロール間隔0.5mm)間を2m/minの速度で引抜き、更に、熱風加熱槽中でポリエチレンテレフタレートシート表面温度を180℃に加熱し、出口速度2.5m/minに設定してロール延伸して、厚さ0.5mm、延伸倍率約5倍の延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートシートを得た。

シート/電極間距離:2mm
γ−グリシジルメタアクリレート−メチルアクリレート−エチレン共重合体(重量比6:27:67)(住友化学社製、商品名「ボンドファースト7M」)100重量部にウレタン樹脂(クラレ社製、商品名「クラミロンU3190」)100重量部を、ラボプラストミル(東洋精機社製)を用い215℃で溶融混練して得たグリシジルメタクリレート−オレフィン共重合体組成物を厚さ0.05mmのシートにし、これをγ−グリシジルメタアクリレートーメチルアクリレート−エチレン共重合体のかわりに用いた他は、実施例1と同様にした。
得られた積層成形体の線膨張係数は1.3×10-5(1/℃)、引張弾性率は5.1GPa、T型ピーリング強度は66N/25mm幅であった。

Claims (6)
- 非晶状態の熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂シートを、該熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度−20℃〜該熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂のガラス転移温度+20℃の温度で引抜延伸した後、該引抜延伸温度より高い温度で一軸延伸して得られた延伸熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂シートの両面に熱可塑性樹脂層がγ−グリシジルメタアクリレート−メチルアクリレート−オレフィン共重合体組成物により接着されていることを特徴とする積層成形体。
- 熱可塑性樹脂が塩化ビニル樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層成形体。
- γ−グリシジルメタアクリレート−メチルアクリレート−オレフィン共重合体組成物が、γ−グリシジルメタアクリレート−メチルアクリレート−オレフィン共重合体100重量部とウレタン樹脂20〜400重量部よりなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の積層成形体。
- 延伸熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂シートの表面が表面酸化処理又は表面加水分解処理を施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の積層成形体。
- 表面酸化処理が、コロナ放電処理又はクロム酸処理であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の積層成形体。
- 積層成形体が、外装建材であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の積層成形体。
