であるような幅である。前記式において、φ2は半径方向に最も小さい幅の作用クラウンプライの補強要素の直径である。このような関係はゴム混合物よりなる層Pと軸方向に最も小さい幅の作用クラウンプライとの係合帯域を構成する。半径方向外側の作用プ来の補強要素の直径の3倍に等しい値より低いこのような係合は半径方向に最も小さい幅の作用プライの端部のところに特に応力の減少を得るために作用プライの分離を達成するのに十分でないことがある。半径方向に最も小さい幅の作用プライの補強要素の直径の20倍より大きいこの係合の値の結果、タイヤのクラウン補強体のスキッド剛性の過剰の減少が生じることがある。

図はその理解を簡単にするために一定の比率では示されていない。図はタイヤの周方向中央平面または赤道平面を表す軸線XX'に対して対称に広げられたタイヤの半分の図のみを示している。

-伸張不可能な金属9x28ケーブルで形成された200mmに実質的に等しい幅の三角形分割層と称される補強要素よりなる補足層245。この層245の補強要素は周方向とほぼ45°の角度を形成しており、作用層241の補強要素と同じ方向に配向されている。この層245は、特に、タイヤのクラウンの帯域における補強要素すべてが受ける横方向の圧縮応力の吸収に寄与することを可能にする。
Claims (5)
- ラジアルカーカス補強体を有していて、伸張不可能な補強要素よりなる少なくとも2つの作用クラウン層で形成されたクラウン補強体を備えており、前記伸張不可能な補強要素は1つのプライから他のプライまで交差されて周方向と10°と45°との間の角度を形成しており、クラウン補強体がそれ自身トレッドで半径方向に覆われており、このトレッドが2つの側壁部によって2つのビードに接合されており、少なくとも2つの作用層が異なる軸方向幅を有しているタイヤにおいて、ゴム混合物の少なくとも1つの第1異形要素Pが1つの作用層を第2の軸方向に幅狭い層の少なくとも一端部から分離しており、前記異形要素Pはゴム混合物の第2異形要素Gにより前記軸方向に幅狭い作用層のライナーCから少なくとも部分的に半径方向に分離されており、ゴム混合物の前記第1および第2異形要素P、Gおよび前記ライナーCはそれぞれMC≧MG>MPであるような10%伸び率における張力下の割線弾性率MP、MG、MCを有しており、前記タイヤは補強要素よりなる少なくとも1つの層を各肩部に追加的に備えており、これらの補強要素は追加層において互いに平行であって、前記追加層に半径方向に隣接した作用層の補強要素に対して実質的に垂直に配向されており、前記追加層の軸方向内端部は少なくとも1つの作用クラウン層の縁部に半径方向に隣接しており、前記追加層の軸方向内端部は軸方向に最も小さい幅の作用クラウン層の縁部に半径方向に隣接していて、好ましくはその外側にあり、前記追加層の少なくとも一部は軸方向に最も幅広い作用層の縁部に半径方向および/または軸方向に隣接していることを特徴とするタイヤ。
- 前記追加層の軸方向外端部はタイヤの赤道平面から距離をおいて位置決めされており、この距離は前記平面と前記追加層が隣接する作用層の端部との間の距離より短いか或はそれに等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記追加層の軸方向外端部は前記追加層が隣接する作用クラウン層の端部の軸方向外側にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- クラウン補強体は周方向補強要素よりなる少なくとも1つの連続層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 周方向補強要素よりなる少なくとも1つの連続層の補強要素は10GPaと120GPaと間の0.7%伸び率における割線モジュラスと、150GPa未満の最大接線モジュラスとを有する金属補強要素であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
