(10)金型11のケース成形用金型13の型締め(第3型締め)を行う。
(11)ケース成形用金型13にサイドブロー(図示せず)を行い、ケースCをブロー成形する。
(12)金型11の型開きと無菌充填包装体の取り出しを行う。
(13)押出機7からパリソンを金型1に供給して待機する。

(4)ノズル5から内容物の充填を行う。
(5)ノズル5を容器成形用金型1から退避させる。
(6)ノズル5から、注射針、注出具等の機能部材Kを挿入する挿入ユニット6への切り替えを行う。
(7)挿入ユニット6によって注射針、注出具等の機能部材Kをケース成形用金型3に待機するパリソン内に挿入する。
(8)ケース成形用金型3の下方のヒートシール金型4の型締めを行い、容器本体Bの上部と機能部材Kの下部をヒートシールする。(第2型締め)
(9)注射針、注出具等の機能部材の挿入ユニット6の退避を行う。
(10)金型1のケース成形用金型3の型締め(第3型締め)と、押出機7の下方のパリソンカッター8によってパリソンPのムダ樹脂を、パリソン上下端を閉口状態にしてカットする。
(11)ムダ樹脂の除去を行う。
(12)ケース成形用金型3にサイドブロー(図示せず)を行い、ケースCをブロー成形する。
(13)金型1の型開きと無菌充填包装体の取り出しを行う。
(14)押出機7からパリソンを金型1に供給して待機する。
