Description
ホイール19、25の一方または両方は、矢印の方向へ移動可能である。
ケース2:比較的小さな製品の場合(直径8.89cm(3.5インチ)以下)、蛇行ベルトの製品接触面をボトルに接触させてボトルの転倒を防止するため、垂直方向に間隔が隔てられた複数のベルト16の下方でピックオフホイール18の取り付けポスト(すなわちピックオフホイールのシャフト)の前側(アイドラーホイール側)に、もう一つのピックオフホイールを配置してもよい。
ケース3:比較的大きな製品の場合(直径8.89cm(3.5インチ)以上)、ベルトは全く支持されていなくてもよい。
ケース2は、次善(最適のアウトフィード性能について)の選択である。
ケース3は、ケース1又は2よりもセットアップが容易であるが、性能もよくない。
このシステムの最も一般的な使用はケース1及び2であろう。

Claims (3)
- ボトル検査機において、
スターホイールフィーダ、及び
スターホイールフィーダからボトルを受け取るためのアウトフィード機構
を有し、
該アウトフィード機構は、
所望のコンベア速度で作動する内側ベルトコンベアであって、スターホイールフィーダと隣接したピックオフホイールと、第2ホイールと、直線状のアウトフィードベルト部分を画成するために前記ピックオフホイールおよび前記第2ホイールの間に支持された少なくとも一つの駆動ベルトとを含む、内側ベルトコンベア、及び、
同じ所望のコンベア速度で作動する外側蛇行ベルトコンベアであって、前記スターホイールフィーダによって変位されたボトルを受け取るために前記ピックオフホイールとともに開口部を画成するアイドラーホイールと、第3ホイールと、前記アイドラーホイールおよび前記第3ホイールの間に支持された少なくとも一つの可撓性の蛇行ベルトとを含む、外側蛇行ベルトコンベア
を含み、
前記アイドラーホイール及び前記第3ホイールは、蛇行ベルト経路を画成するように選択的に位置決めされ、前記蛇行ベルト経路は、前記ピックオフホイールとともに、ボトルを前記開口部内に及び前記ピックオフホイールの周囲に変位させるための干渉部分を画成し、
前記蛇行ベルトは、前記ピックオフホイールと前記アイドラーホイールとの間の開口部内に変位されたボトルが前記蛇行ベルト及び前記内側ベルトによって搬送されるのに十分可撓性であり、前記蛇行ベルトは、前記ボトルが前記ピックオフホイールの周囲を搬送されるときにその形体を変化させる、
ことを特徴とする、ボトル検査機。 - 請求項1に記載のボトル検査機において、
前記第3ホイール及び前記第2ホイールが、前記内側ベルトコンベア及び前記外側蛇行ベルトコンベアによって変位されたボトルの放出位置を画成することを特徴とする、ボトル検査機。 - 請求項2に記載のボトル検査機において、
前記内側ベルトコンベアおよび蛇行ベルトは、前記放出位置において前記ボトルを同時に解放するように、互いに対して配置されている、
ことを特徴とする、ボトル検査機。
