Description
Claims (8)
- 各々が溝のパターンと入口及び出口のための接合部(1、6)とを備える複数のプレートであって、隣り合う2つのプレートの間に流路が形成され、2つの媒体のために独立した流路が前記プレートを介して隣り合うように交互に構成配置され、互いにロウ付けされてパックを形成する複数のプレート(10)を備える熱交換器であって、
前記接合部(1、6)の周囲において前記熱交換器の前記プレート(10)を通る穴(20)を1組配置したことと、
前記隣り合う2つのプレートの間に形成される第1のロウ付けであって、前記1組の穴の各穴の周囲に延在するように形成されるロウ付け(12)を有して構成される第1のロウ付けと、前記隣り合う2つのプレートの間に形成される第2のロウ付けであって、前記1組の穴の内周側にて前記接合部の周囲に延在するように形成される内側のロウ付け(13)と、前記1組の穴の外周側にて前記接合部及び前記1組の穴の全部の穴を取り囲むように形成される外側のロウ付け(14)とを有して構成される第2のロウ付けとを、前記プレートが積み重ねられる方向において交互に形成することにより、前記媒体が到達することのない分離ゾーン(15)を形成し、前記分離ゾーン内における前記1組の穴の各穴(20)を通して補強手段(30)が配置されることとを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 180°の回転に関し、前記プレート(10)を通る前記穴(20)を回転対称に配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記補強手段(30)が各々、第1の端部に第1の止め具(32)を有するねじ付きロッドであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記補強手段(30)を、少なくとも1つのねじ付き穴を有する第2の止め具(50、51)によって前記パックに固定され、その穴の中で前記補強手段(30)の第2の端部がねじ止めされるように配置したことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 外部プレートと前記第1の止め具(32)との間に圧力分散ディスク(33)を配置したことと、前記圧力分散ディスク(33)が前記接合部(1、6)のための穴を有することとを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記圧力分散ディスク(33)が、首部(61)において内側縁端(62)を備えたフランジ(60)を有するフランジ継手を受容するための凹部(36)を有し、それによって前記内側縁端(62)を前記凹部(36)内に配置できるようにしたリング(36)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- プレート(10)の多数のパックを、各パック間のゴムまたは銅のパッキングによって接合したことを特徴とする、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器。
- プレート(10)の多数のパックをフランジ継手によって接合したことを特徴とする、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器。
