(実施例)
図1は、本発明の内燃機関用ピストンの断面図で、図2は、図1におけるピストンの冷却空洞と冷却オイルの取入口とを示す概要図で、下死点での冷却オイルの噴射状況を実線で示し、上死点での冷却オイルの噴射状況を仮想線(一点鎖線)で示しており、図3乃至図5は、図2における冷却オイルの取入口の変形例を示す概要図である。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関用エンジンのピストン頂部の外周壁部に環状の冷却空洞が形成された冷却装置を有する内燃機関用ピストンにおいて、
該冷却装置は、ピストンの軸方向において円周方向に傾斜した状態の噴射ノズルを備え、冷却空洞に向かって噴射ノズルによってピストンの軸方向において円周方向に傾斜した方向に噴射された冷却オイルを取入れる冷却オイル用取入口を有し、前記冷却空洞の冷却オイル用取入口との連結部のピストン頂部側に、噴射された冷却オイルが略直角に当るように前記冷却空洞内の一部にピストンの円周方向に傾斜した分配壁が設けられており、前記冷却オイルが前記冷却オイル用取入口から前記冷却空洞内を流れることを特徴とする内燃機関用ピストン。 - 前記冷却オイル用取入口および排出口が複数個設けられ、各冷却オイル用取入口および排出口に冷却オイルが指向されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストン。
- 前記冷却オイル用取入口の冷却空洞側に平面形状に形成される壁を設け、該壁に冷却オイル用取入口を前記分配壁に対して垂直に設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関用ピストン。
