Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is a work ladder that can be easily mounted on a horizontal ladder of a movable ladder configured to be able to move to a desired position and can maintain a stable posture when working at a high place. It is about scaffolding.

In low-rise buildings such as 2-story and 3-story buildings, there are cases where minor work including inspection and repair of the exterior is performed using a ladder. Since a general ladder has a small size of the tread surface formed on the upper surface of the horizontal rail, the working posture becomes unstable, the worker is likely to be fatigued, and there is a problem in terms of safety. For this reason, many proposals have been made for work scaffolds or work floors attached to ladders.

For example, in the inventions described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, one end of a scaffolding board on which an operator rides is locked to an upper horizontal cross among the horizontal crosses constituting the ladder, and a cheek cane-like shape is formed from the other end. The support member is locked to the lower horizontal rail. Such a scaffold is one that an operator holds by hand and lifts it to a required height to be locked to a cross rail.

In addition, the invention described in Patent Document 3 filed by the applicant of the present application is based on a structure in which a plurality of ladder members are combined so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction. The scaffolding is configured to be foldable so that workers can get over it while the scaffold is folded, and the ladder can be expanded and contracted without hindrance. Is. This ladder scaffold can be applied in the case where vertical bars of a plurality of ladder members constituting the telescopic ladder are displaced from each other in the front-rear direction with respect to the front surface of the ladder.

In the case of the scaffolds described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, it is necessary to lift up to a target height by hand, and it is necessary to perform an operation of attaching to the crosspiece at the lifted position. As described above, the work of lifting a heavy object and the attaching work at the lifted position are likely to be performed in an unstable posture, and a careful work is indispensable. In particular, when the work is finished and the worker descends, there is a problem that the worker descends while straddling the scaffolding, so that an unstable posture is unavoidable.

Moreover, in the case of the scaffold described in Patent Document 3, it can always be attached to a ladder, so that safety during work can be improved. However, it is necessary to fasten the bolts and nuts while sliding the vertical members and engaging the ladder crosspieces. What is required is the actual situation.

An object of the present invention is to provide a work scaffold that is easy to mount and can ensure sufficiently high safety.

In order to solve the above problems, a working scaffold according to the present invention is a working scaffold for mounting on a ladder, and the pair of vertical members and a pair of hinges provided at predetermined positions on both side surfaces. And a pair of vertical members having a pair of vertical pieces sandwiching the horizontal rail of the ladder near the upper end and the lower end of the pair of vertical members, respectively. It includes a locking portion, one of the engaging portion constrains the movement of the front and rear direction of the work platform while transferring the weight of the work platform has a downward opening in the lateral beam, the other ladder is the engaging portion of the pair of the pair of scaffolding for work is formed sufficiently longer than the vertical piece the length of said one of the locking portion of the vertical piece and having an upward or downward opening restraining the movement of the child before the rear direction, further, the pair of longitudinal members, respectively the one opening of the locking portion Comprising a closing member for closing the one in which are configured such that the closing member is proximate to the lower end of the rungs of the ladder in the closed state.

In the work platform, the closing member of the pair of longitudinal material, Rukoto are connected by the connecting bar is more preferred.

In work platform according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "scaffolds"), since a substantially U-shaped engaging portion having different lengths of the vertical piece in the vicinity of the upper end and near the lower end of the vertical member of the respective digits set, these engagement when is engaged to stop part ladder rungs, wherein at least one of the locking portion Ki out to convey heavy amount rungs, the vertical piece of the other engagement portion is formed sufficiently long The vertical piece can restrain the movement in the front-rear direction with respect to the ladder.

Therefore, it is possible to surely apply to ladders having different horizontal rail pitches, and it is possible to increase the degree of freedom of ladders that can be used and to perform safe and stable work.

In addition, since the scaffolding plate is configured to be rotatable with respect to the longitudinal member, the scaffolding plate can be folded until it is substantially parallel to the longitudinal member when not in use. For this reason, after the scaffolding is mounted on the ladder and the intended work is completed, the worker can turn the scaffolding plate with his / her foot to evacuate, and this does not hinder the lifting / lowering of the worker.

Further, since the closing member is provided in one of the locking portions, the closing member functions as a stopper, and the scaffold does not come off from the ladder during work, so that safety can be ensured.

Furthermore, it is possible to easily release the closure of the locking portion by closing covering section member, it is possible to perform the work easily and safely remove the scaffold attached to the ladder.

Hereinafter, the most preferable form of the scaffold according to the present invention will be described. The scaffold of the present invention is used by being locked to a horizontal rail adjacent to the top and bottom of a ladder to be used by leaning on a surface to be worked, and an operator puts both feet on a scaffold plate and proceeds with stable work. Is realized.

The structure of the ladder to which the scaffold of the present invention is attached is not limited, and can be easily applied to a telescopic ladder or a non-stretchable ladder. In particular, since the locking portion is formed in a U-shape, it is possible to easily attach and detach the ladder by engaging the locking portion with a horizontal rail and mounting it on the ladder. It is possible to ensure stability by attaching the stop to the crosspiece so that the movement of the scaffold in the front-rear direction can be restrained.

The locking part provided on the scaffold has the function of transmitting the weight of the scaffold to the ladder by engaging one of the locking parts with the horizontal beam, and the long vertical piece of the other locking part is engaged with the horizontal beam. In addition, since it has a function of restricting movement in the front-rear direction, it is possible to cope with ladders having different intervals between the horizontal bars adjacent to each other vertically.

In addition, by providing a closing member that closes the opening portion of the U-shaped locking portion, after engaging the locking portion constituting the scaffold with the crosspiece, the opening portion is closed by the closing member, It is possible to prevent the scaffold from detaching from the ladder, and it is possible to ensure high safety.

The structure of the common member is not particularly limited, and any structure may be used as long as it can reliably close the opening of the locking portion when the scaffold is attached to the ladder crosspiece. As such a structure, a lever that can be rotated is provided on the scaffold, and an operator can rotate the lever to close the opening of the locking portion. However, the closing piece provided in a rotatable manner is urged by a biasing member such as a spring so that the opening of the locking portion can be closed by the closing piece as the locking portion is attached to the horizontal rail. It is preferable to configure.

Next, the structure of the scaffold A according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the structure of a scaffold A according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the procedure for mounting the scaffold A to the ladder crosspiece.

The scaffold A shown in the figure includes a pair of left and right vertical rails 1 and 1 constituting a commonly used ladder, and horizontal rails 2 and 3 or horizontal rails 2 connecting the vertical rails 1 and 1 adjacent to each other vertically. 4 (upper horizontal beam 2 and lower horizontal beam 3 or 4) is installed, and it is possible to ensure the safety of workers who perform work at high places and reduce fatigue. In particular, it is configured to be applicable even when the distance between the horizontal rails 2 and 3 or the horizontal rails 2 and 4 is different.

In general, the interval between the horizontal bars in the ladder is not uniquely set, and has a dimension in the range of about 300 mm to about 350 mm. Further, the interval between the vertical bars 1 and 1 is often set to about 350 mm. For this reason, the scaffolds A and B of the present embodiment and the embodiments to be described later are configured so that the distance between the horizontal rails is within the above range and the distance between the vertical rails can be applied to the ladder having the above dimensions.

The scaffold A is gripped by an operator when the scaffold A is attached to and detached from the ladder, and a pair of left and right longitudinal members 11, a scaffold plate 12 provided between the longitudinal members 11 and rotatably with respect to the longitudinal member 11. And a gripping bar (not shown) .

For example, the vertical member 11 can correspond to a ladder having horizontal bars with different intervals adjacent to each other in the vertical direction, for example, from the tread (upper surface) of the horizontal beam 2 in the horizontal beams 2 and 4 with a large interval. It is formed with a length sufficiently larger than the dimension to the lower surface.

The upper end portion of the vertical member 11 is formed in a hook shape having a downward U-shaped curved surface, and the hook-shaped portion is locked to the cross rail 2 positioned at the upper portion of the ladder. As a function. A hook-like member having a downward U-shaped curved surface is also provided at a position corresponding to the lower horizontal beam 3 of the ladder with a small interval between the horizontal beams adjacent to each other vertically in the vertical member 11. The shaped portion functions as a lower locking portion 15 that is locked to the horizontal rail 3.

The upper locking portion 14 and the lower locking portion 15 are continuous with the locking portions 14 and 15 formed in a U-shaped curved surface, and linear portions are formed continuously with the U-shaped curved surface. The straight portion is in contact with the side surfaces of the horizontal rails 2, 3 and 4 so that the movement of the scaffold A in the front-rear direction can be restricted. Then, a said straight portion, and functions as a vertical piece 11a which is a portion corresponding to the upper locking portions 14 for restraining the movement of the sides of the rungs 2 provided with a gripping bar to contact with the front-lower A portion corresponding to the locking portion 15 has a function as the vertical piece 11b that abuts the side surface of the horizontal beam 3 or the horizontal beam 4 and restricts the movement of the scaffold A in the front-rear direction.

An attachment plate 16 for rotatably supporting the scaffold plate 12 is attached to the side surface of each vertical member 11 and above the lower locking portion 15. The mounting plate 16 is formed in a substantially L shape in plan view, with the vertical portion 16a protruding along the vertical member 11 and the horizontal portion 16b protruding forward (the front side when the scaffold A is attached to the ladder). Arranged and fixed to the longitudinal member 11.

A shaft 17 constituting a hinge is disposed at a predetermined position of the mounting plate 16 (the rear side of the vertical portion 16a, the back side when the scaffold A is mounted on the ladder), and the scaffold plate 12 is retracted to the shaft 17 It is mounted so as to be able to rotate in an angular range from a working posture to a working posture. A support member 18 formed in an L shape in the front-rear direction and substantially horizontally on the mounting plate 16 is disposed, and when the scaffold plate 12 is rotated to the operating position, a lower end portion of the scaffold plate 12 and It is comprised so that it can contact | abut and can be supported.

The scaffolding plate 12 is composed of a tread plate 12a on which an operator gets on, a side plate 12b disposed on both sides of the tread plate 12a, a front plate 12c, and a back plate 12d. And it is comprised so that rotation is possible because the axis | shaft 17 penetrates and is arrange | positioned through the side plate 12b, and while maintaining the substantially horizontal operating posture of the scaffolding plate 12 because the lower end surface of the side plate 12b contact | abuts the support member 18. FIG. A load acting on the scaffolding plate 12 can be transmitted to the ladder.

Further, a plunger 19 is provided at a predetermined position of the side plate 12b of the scaffold plate 12, and a predetermined position of the mounting plate 16 (a position facing the plunger 19 when the scaffold plate 12 is rotated to the retracted position). A hole 19a for receiving the plunger 19 is formed in the inner wall.

Accordingly, the scaffold plate 12 is configured such that the plunger 19 engages with the hole 19a formed in the mounting plate 16 and maintains the posture, and the engagement of the plunger 19 with respect to the hole 19a is released to support the side plate 12b with the support member. It is possible to hold the respective postures by reciprocating the angular range of the working posture supported by being brought into contact with 18.

A closing member 20 is provided to face the opening 14 a of the upper locking portion 14. The closing member 20 includes a pair of closing plates 21 formed in a substantially triangular shape, a connecting bar 22 that connects the pair of closing plates 21, and a spring 23 that serves as a biasing member that biases the closing piece 21. Configured.

The pair of blocking plates 21 has a U-shaped cross section including a blocking piece 21a, a front piece 21b arranged on both sides in the front-rear direction across the longitudinal member 11, and a back piece 21c. In the pair of closing plates 21, the closing pieces 21 a are arranged on the outside of the longitudinal member 11, the front piece 21 b is located on the front side of the longitudinal member 11, and the back piece 21 c is located on the back side of the longitudinal member 11. Is arranged so as to be wrapped from the outside, and is rotatably attached to a pin 20 a provided on the mounting plate 16 and is connected by a connecting bar 22. Therefore, the rotation range of the closing plate 21 is a range until the front piece 21b or the back piece 21c (connection bar 22) contacts the vertical member 11.

The spring 23 is disposed between the vertical member 11 and the back side piece 21c, and biases the closing plate 21 in a direction to always close the opening 14a of the upper locking portion 14. For this reason, a spring such as a torsion coil spring or a leaf spring is used as the spring 23.

Next, a procedure for attaching the scaffold A configured as described above to the ladder will be described. FIG. 2A is a diagram for explaining a procedure for a ladder in which the interval between the upper locking portion 14 and the lower locking portion 15 of the scaffold A is substantially equal to the interval between the horizontal rails 2 and 3 adjacent to each other on the ladder. It is. FIG. 4B illustrates a procedure for a ladder in which the interval between the upper locking portion 14 and the lower locking portion 15 of the scaffold A is smaller than the interval between the horizontal bars 2 and 4 that are adjacent to each other on the ladder. FIG.

First, a case where the interval between the locking portions 14 and 15 of the scaffold A and the interval between the horizontal rails 2 and 3 are substantially equal will be described. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), lift the scaffold A by gripping the grip bar, contacting the vertical piece 11b formed on both sides of the lower locking portions 15 in the lateral beam 3 below. In this state, the upper locking portion 14 is brought close to the upper horizontal rail 2. At this time, by pulling the connecting bar 22 constituting the closing member 20 to the near side of the scaffold A, the closing of the opening 14a by the closing member 20 is released.

Further, the upper locking portion 14 is moved closer to the horizontal rail 2, and the scaffold A is lowered when the horizontal rail 2 faces the opening 14 a of the upper locking portion 14. Accordingly, the upper locking portion 14 is locked to the horizontal rail 2, and the lower locking portion 15 is locked to the horizontal rail 3.

Accordingly, in the scaffold A, at least the upper locking portion 14 is surely engaged with the horizontal rail 2, and the load acting on the scaffold A is transmitted to the ladder via the horizontal rail 2. Further, the vertical pieces 11 a arranged on both sides of the upper locking portion 14 abut on the side surface of the horizontal beam 2, and the vertical pieces 11 b arranged on both sides of the lower locking portion 15 contact the side surface of the horizontal beam 3. The movement of the scaffold A in the front-rear direction is constrained. Thereafter, by rotating the scaffolding plate 12 to the operating posture, the worker can stably board the scaffolding plate 12.

In addition, a case where the interval between the locking portions 14 and 15 of the scaffold A is smaller than the interval between the horizontal bars 2 and 4 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4B, when the upper locking portion 14 of the scaffold A is locked to the upper horizontal rail 2, the lower locking portion 15 is locked to the lower horizontal rail 4. There is nothing. However, the vertical pieces 11b arranged on both sides of the lower locking portion 15 can contact the side surface of the horizontal rail 4 to restrain the movement of the scaffold A in the front-rear direction, and maintain a stable mounting posture. It is possible.

As described above, the attachment work of the scaffold A to the ladder is performed simply by hooking the locking portions 14 and 15 constituting the scaffold A on the corresponding horizontal rails 2, 3 or 2, 4 from above. For this reason, the installation work is very easy, and it is not always necessary to perform the installation work on the ladder of the scaffold A with the ladder placed on the ground. After the ladder is erected at the desired work position, the worker can use the scaffold with one hand. It is possible to climb to the desired height with A and then attach at the required height.

Next, the structure of the scaffold B according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The scaffold B shown in the figure hooks one of the locking portions to the horizontal rail of the ladder to transmit the load and restrains movement in the front-rear direction, and the other locking portion engages with the horizontal rail to engage in the front-rear direction. It is configured to be able to restrain movement.

The scaffold B is attached to the ladder by the vertical members 31 respectively disposed along the pair of vertical bars 1 constituting the ladder, the scaffolding plate 32 rotatably provided between the vertical members 31, and the scaffold B. And a gripping bar 33 to be gripped at the time.

The length of the vertical member 31 is the same as the vertical member 11 in the first embodiment described above, the distance between the horizontal beams in the ladder to be applied (the dimension from the upper surface of the upper horizontal beam to the lower surface of the lower horizontal beam). Are formed with dimensions that are approximately equal to or greater than. An upper locking portion 34 made of a U-shaped curved surface opened upward is formed at the upper end portion of the vertical member 31, and a lower locking portion 35 made of a U-shaped curved surface opened downward at the lower end portion. Is formed. Furthermore, the space | interval of the bottom part of the upper latching | locking part 34 and the bottom part of the lower latching | locking part 35 has a dimension smaller than the dimension of the horizontal crosspiece with a small space | interval.

The upper locking portion 34 is formed with a pair of square vertical pieces 31 a that are continuous with the U-shaped curved surface, and the vertical pieces 31 a are in contact with the side surfaces of the horizontal rail 2 in the front-rear direction of the scaffold B. Has a function of restraining the movement of. The lower locking portion 35 is formed by a relatively shallow U-shaped curved surface. When the lower locking portion 35 is locked to the horizontal beam 3, a part of the U-shaped curved surface is part of the horizontal beam 3. It has a function of contacting the part and transmitting the weight acting on the scaffold B and restraining the movement in the front-rear direction.

An attachment plate 37 for attaching the scaffold plate 32 and the closing member 36 is provided on the side surface of each vertical member 31. The mounting plate 37 is formed in a substantially L shape, and is fixed to the side surface of the vertical member 31 so that a part of the vertical portion of the L shape protrudes rearward of the vertical member 31. A shaft 38 constituting a hinge is disposed at a portion protruding from the vertical member 31 of the mounting plate 37, and the scaffold plate 32 is rotatably mounted on the shaft 38.

The scaffolding plate 32 is configured to be foldable by connecting the rear member 32a and the front member 32b with a hinge 40, and in a working posture, the scaffolding plate 32 on which each member 32a, 32b can be opened and an operator can board. In the non-operating state, the members 32a and 32b are folded so as to be shortened so that they can be easily retracted from the cross rail 2 in the non-operating state.

The scaffold plate 32 is supported by a shaft 38 so as to be rotatable in the vicinity of the rear end portion of the rear member 32a, and is supported by a support lever 41 that can be folded in the vicinity of the end portion on which the front member 32b is attached. Yes. The support lever 41 includes two pieces 41a and 41b that are rotatably attached to each other. The upper end of the piece 41a is rotatably supported by the vertical member 31, and the lower end of the piece 41b. Is supported by the rear member 32a of the scaffold plate 32 so as to be rotatable.

Further, a plunger 42 is provided on the side plate 32c in the vicinity of the substantially center of the rear member 32a in the front-rear direction, and the plunger 42 is located at a predetermined position of the mounting plate 37 (when the scaffold plate 32 is rotated to the retracted position). The hole 42a which receives the plunger 42 is formed in the position facing 42).

In the scaffold plate 32 configured as described above, the scaffold plate 32 is rotated about the shaft 28 by folding the pieces 41a and 41b of the support lever 41 from the operating posture in which the scaffold plate 32 has a substantially horizontal posture forward. When retracted, the plunger 42 can be engaged with a hole 42 a formed in the mounting plate 37 so that the retracted posture is maintained. Further, by extending the support lever 41 from the retracted posture, the scaffold plate 32 can be rotated, and the front member 32b can be horizontally extended with respect to the rear member 32a to be in the operating posture.

The closing member 36 is provided corresponding to the lower locking portion 35, and when the horizontal rail 3 positioned below is locked to the lower locking portion 35 when the scaffold B is attached to the ladder, the lower locking portion The opening 35a of the 35 is closed to prevent the horizontal rail 3 from being detached.

The closing member 36 includes a pair of closing levers 45 formed in an L shape including a closing piece 45a and a rotating piece 45b, and the closing lever 45 always closes the opening 35a of the lower locking portion 35. And a connecting bar 47 that connects the pair of closing levers 45 to each other.

Each closing lever 45 is disposed on the opposite surface side of the corresponding vertical member 31, is rotatably supported by a pin 48 provided on the vertical member 31 at the approximate center of the rotating piece 45 b and is connected to each other by a connecting bar 47. It is connected. Further, the closing lever 45 is always attached in the direction in which the closing piece 45a always closes the opening 35a of the lower locking portion 35 by the tension spring 46 supported at one end by the rotating piece 45b and at the other end by the mounting plate 37. It is energized.

Next, a procedure for attaching the scaffold B configured as described above to the ladder will be described. FIG. 4A illustrates a procedure for a ladder in which the interval between the upper locking portion 34 and the lower locking portion 35 of the scaffold B is slightly larger than the interval between the horizontal bars 2 and 3 that are adjacent to each other on the ladder. FIG. FIG. 4B illustrates a procedure for a ladder in which the interval between the upper locking portion 34 and the lower locking portion 35 of the scaffold B is considerably smaller than the interval between the horizontal rails 2 and 4 adjacent to each other on the ladder. It is a figure to do.

First, a case where the interval between the locking portions 34 and 35 of the scaffold B is slightly smaller than the interval between the horizontal rails 2 and 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4A, the scaffolding plate 32 is folded and retracted, and the grasping bar 33 is grasped and the scaffolding B is grasped while holding the connecting bar 47 of the closing member 36 to release the closing member 36. The upper crosspiece 2 is received between the vertical pieces 31a of the upper locking portion 34. Thereafter, the scaffold B is once lifted upward, and the lower locking portion 35 is positioned at the upper portion of the lower horizontal rail 3. In this state, the lower locking portion 35 is placed on the lower horizontal rail 3. Next, when the opening of the closing member 36 is released, the closing lever 45 is biased and rotated by the spring 46, and the closing piece 45 a closes the opening 35 a of the lower locking portion 35 along with this rotation.

Accordingly, in the scaffold B, the lower locking portion 35 is reliably engaged with the horizontal rail 3 and the load acting on the scaffold B is transmitted to the ladder via the horizontal rail 3. Further, the vertical pieces 31a arranged on both sides of the upper locking portion 34 abut on the side surface of the horizontal rail 2, and the lower locking portion 35 abuts on the horizontal rail 3 so that the scaffold B can move in the front-rear direction. Be bound.

Thereafter, the scaffolding plate 32 is rotated to bring the rear member 32a into a substantially horizontal state, and further, the front member 32b is turned to bring the entire scaffolding plate 32 into a substantially horizontal state, whereby the scaffolding plate 32 is moved to an operating posture. As a result, it is possible for the workers to board stably.

Further, a case will be described in which the interval between the locking portions 34 and 35 of the scaffold B is considerably smaller than the interval between the horizontal bars 2 and 4. Even in this case, the work procedure is the same as described above. As shown in FIG. 4B, the upper locking portion 34 of the scaffold B is locked to the horizontal rail 2 positioned above, and the lower locking portion 35 is placed on the horizontal rail 4 positioned below. At this time, the vertical pieces 31a arranged on both sides of the upper locking portion 34 can contact the side surface of the horizontal rail 2 to restrain the movement of the scaffold B in the front-rear direction and maintain a stable mounting posture. Is possible.

As described above, the attachment work of the scaffold B to the ladder is simply performed by passing the engaging portions 34, 35 constituting the scaffold B from between the corresponding horizontal rails 2, 3, or 2, 4 and moving the lower engaging portion 35 downward. It is carried out by placing on the horizontal beam 3 or the horizontal beam 4. For this reason, the installation work is very easy, and it is not always necessary to perform the installation work on the ladder of the scaffold B with the ladder placed on the ground. It is possible to climb to the desired height with B and then attach it at the required height.

The scaffold according to the present invention can be applied regardless of whether it is a telescopic ladder or a non-stretchable ladder, and is advantageous for use when working at a high place using a ladder.
