Claims (6)
- 有機性廃棄物を可溶性の低分子量の有機物に分解する前段分解装置と、
前記前段分解装置での処理物を固液分離する固液分離装置と、
前記固液分離装置で分離した分離液をメタン発酵処理する高負荷型メタン発酵装置と、
を備え、
前記高負荷型メタン発酵装置は、前記分離液を低級有機酸に処理する酸生成槽と、前記低級有機酸を含む処理液をメタン発酵処理するメタン発酵槽とを有し、
備えられる酸生成槽は、前記高負荷型メタン発酵装置に備えられた前記酸生成槽のみであることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記高負荷型メタン発酵装置の前段に設けられ、メタン発酵阻害物質を除去する除去装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
- 前記高負荷型メタン発酵装置は、メタン発酵汚泥を自己造粒させたグラニュール汚泥を含み、
前記高負荷型メタン発酵装置から前記グラニュール汚泥の一部を前記前段分解装置に返送する返送装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理装置。 - 前記固液分離装置で分離した固形分を堆肥化する堆肥化設備を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
- 有機性廃棄物を可溶性の低分子量の有機物に分解する前段分解工程と、
前記前段分解工程での処理物を固液分離する固液分離工程と、
前記固液分離工程で分離した分離液を酸生成槽において低級有機酸に処理してからメタン発酵槽においてメタン発酵処理するメタン発酵工程と、
を備え、
備えられる酸生成槽は、前記メタン発酵工程における前記酸生成槽のみであることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。 - 前記固液分離工程の前段で加水する加水工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
