Description
Claims (8)
- 多元接続通信システム内のアクセス端末から情報を送信する方法であって、
アクセスポイントからの情報を受信することと、
アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信するために十分なリソースが利用可能であるかを判定することと、
前記十分なリソースが利用可能であると判定された場合、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信することと、
前記十分なリソースが利用可能ではないと判定された場合、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信せず、前記アクノレッジメントの表示が前記アクセスポイントへ送信されなかった回数を示すカウンタをインクリメントすること、
前記カウンタがインクリメントされた場合、前記アクセスポイントへの前記アクノレッジメントの表示の送信を遅らせることと、
前記カウンタを、許容された無応答最大回数と比較することと、
前記送信を遅らせることの後に、前記判定すること、前記送信すること、前記インクリメントすること、前記送信を遅らせることと、および前記比較することを繰り返し、前記十分なリソースが利用可能ではないと判定された場合であっても、前記カウンタが前記無応答最大回数を越えた場合には、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信することと
を備える方法。 - 前記送信することは、インクリメント冗長を用いて、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を送信することを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 自動反復要求(ARQ)プロトコルに従って送信することを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記十分なリソースが利用可能かを判定することは、アクノレッジメントの表示を送るために、十分な電力、時間、又は周波数チャネルが利用可能であるかを判定することを更に備える請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多元接続通信システム内のアクセス端末から情報を送信する装置であって、
アクセスポイントからの情報を受信する受信手段と、
アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信するために十分なリソースが利用可能であるかを判定する判定手段と、
前記十分なリソースが利用可能であると判定された場合、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信する送信手段と、
前記十分なリソースが利用可能ではないと判定された場合、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信せず、前記アクノレッジメントの表示が前記アクセスポイントへ送信されなかった回数を示すカウンタをインクリメントするインクリメント手段と、
前記カウンタがインクリメントされた場合、前記アクセスポイントへの前記アクノレッジメントの表示の送信を遅延させる遅延手段と、
前記カウンタを、許容された無応答最大回数と比較する比較手段とを備え、
前記遅延手段によって送信が遅延された後に、前記判定手段による前記判定、前記送信手段による前記送信、前記インクリメント手段による前記インクリメント、前記遅延手段による前記遅延、および前記比較手段による前記比較を繰り返し、前記判定手段によって、前記十分なリソースが利用可能ではないと判定された場合であっても、前記比較手段によって、前記カウンタが前記無応答最大回数を越えたと判定された場合には、前記送信手段が、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を前記アクセスポイントへ送信する装置。 - 前記送信することは、インクリメント冗長を用いて、前記アクノレッジメントの表示を送信する手段を更に備える請求項5に記載の装置。
- 自動反復要求(ARQ)プロトコルに従って送信する手段を更に備える請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記十分なリソースが利用可能かを判定することは、アクノレッジメントの表示を送るために、十分な電力、時間、又は周波数チャネルが利用可能であるかを判定する手段を更に備える請求項5に記載の装置。
