Description
光源、光源保持部材または光源基板、導光板を支持するように配置されたリアフレームと、リアフレームと係合するミドルフレームと、を備え、リアフレームは、光源保持部材または光源基板と対向する側部にミドルフレームと係合する係合部を備え、リアフレームの係合部と対応するミドルフレームの側部に形成された接続部により、リアフレームの板厚内で、リアフレームとミドルフレームが互いに接続され、かつ、リアフレームの側部が、光源保持部材または光源基板と当接することを特徴とする。
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における面状光源装置の分解斜視図、図2(a)は本発明の実施の形態1におけるミドルフレーム7とリアフレーム8の接続部を説明する図、図2(b)は図2(a)におけるA−A方向の断面図、図3は本発明の実施の形態1におけるミドルフレーム7の凸部7cを説明する正面図、図4は本発明の実施の形態1におけるリアフレーム8の凹部8bを説明する正面図、図5は本発明の実施の形態1における他のミドルフレーム7とリアフレーム8の接続部を説明する図である。
発明の実施の形態2を図6および図7により説明する。本実施の形態においては、ランプリフレクタ1、光源2、導光板3、表示パネル4、光学シート類5、反射シート6、ミドルフレーム7の構成は、前記実施の形態1と同様であり、同一の符号を付してここでは説明を省略する。以降の説明は特にリアフレーム8およびフロントフレーム9の形状について図6および図7を用いて説明する。ここで図1〜図5と同じ構成部分については同一の符号を付している。
その他は実施の形態1と同様である。
Claims (8)
- 光源と、
前記光源を支持すべく配置された光源保持部材または前記光源を実装した光源基板と、
前記光源から入射した光を出射する出光面を備える導光板と、
前記光源、前記光源保持部材または前記光源基板、前記導光板を支持するように配置されたリアフレームと、
前記リアフレームと係合するミドルフレームと、を備え、
前記リアフレームは、前記光源保持部材または前記光源基板と対向する側部に前記ミドルフレームと係合する係合部を備え、前記リアフレームの係合部と対応する前記ミドルフレームの側部に形成された接続部により、前記リアフレームの板厚内で、前記リアフレームと前記ミドルフレームが互いに接続され、かつ、前記リアフレームの前記側部が、前記光源保持部材または前記光源基板と当接することを特徴とする面状光源装置。 - 前記ミドルフレームの接続部は、凸部または凹部で形成され、前記ミドルフレームの係合部は、前記接続部と対応した凹部または凸部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記凸部は、先端部に切り欠きを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記凸部は、前記光源保持部材または前記光源基板と対向する側部に重畳する突出部を有し、前記凹部には、前記突出部と対応する位置に、前記突出部が引っ掛かるロック部が前記リアフレームの板厚内で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記リアフレームを支持するように配置され、開口部を有するフロントフレームをさらに備え、前記凹部は、前記フロントフレームの板厚内で前記凸部と当接するブリッジ部を有し、前記フロントフレームには、前記リアフレーム側部と重畳する側部の前記リアフレームに形成されたブリッジ部と対応する位置に孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記リアフレームのブリッジ部と前記フロントフレームの孔は、前記フロントフレームの板厚内で嵌合していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記ミドルフレームの接続部は、接着用樹脂を介して、前記リアフレームの前記係合部と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の面状光源装置。
- 前記ミドルフレームの接続部および前記リアフレームの前記係合部は、前記ミドルフレームおよび前記リアフレームの対向する2辺または4辺の側部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の面状光源装置。
