Description
(1)蓄熱材を内包する蓄熱材マイクロカプセルにおいて、該マイクロカプセル皮膜を構成する樹脂が、多価イソシアネート化合物とポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルアミン、ポリアリルアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1つである重量平均分子量が300〜10万の範囲である高分子アミン化合物とを反応させて得られる樹脂である蓄熱材マイクロカプセル、
(2)上記(1)記載の蓄熱材マイクロカプセルを分散媒体に分散させた蓄熱材マイクロカプセル分散液、
(3)上記(1)記載の蓄熱材マイクロカプセルを単独または複数個固着せしめてなる蓄熱材マイクロカプセル固形物。
実施例1において、20%ポリアリルアミン水溶液の代わりに、低分子多価アミン化合物として10%ジエチレントリアミン水溶液40部を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の操作でカプセル化を行った。低粘度で、分散安定性が良好な蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの分散液が得られた。この蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの熱減率は19%であり、溶剤抽出率は22%であった。このように、本発明外である低分子多価アミン化合物のみを用いると、耐熱性がやや劣り、耐溶剤性もやや不十分という結果となった。
実施例2において、15%ポリアリルアミン水溶液の代わりに、低分子多価アミン化合物として10%トリエチレンテトラミン水溶液35部を用いた以外は実施例2と同様の操作でカプセル化を行った。低粘度で、分散安定性が良好な蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの分散液が得られた。この蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの熱減率は35%であり、溶剤抽出率は38%であった。このように、本発明外である低分子多価アミン化合物のみを用いると、耐熱性が劣り、耐溶剤性も不十分という結果となった。
実施例4において、20%ポリアリルアミン水溶液の代わりに、低分子多価アミン化合物として10%ジエチレントリアミン水溶液15部を用いた以外は実施例4と同様の操作でカプセル化を行った。低粘度で、分散安定性が良好な蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの分散液が得られた。この蓄熱材マイクロカプセルの熱減率は67%であり、溶剤抽出率は52%であった。このように、本発明外である低分子多価アミン化合物のみを用いると、耐熱性が劣り、耐溶剤性も不十分という結果となった。
Claims (3)
- 蓄熱材を内包する蓄熱材マイクロカプセルにおいて、該マイクロカプセル皮膜を構成する樹脂が、多価イソシアネート化合物とポリエチレンイミン、ポリビニルアミン、ポリアリルアミンから選ばれる少なくとも1つである重量平均分子量が300〜10万の範囲である高分子アミン化合物とを反応させて得られる樹脂であることを特徴とする蓄熱材マイクロカプセル。
- 請求項1記載の蓄熱材マイクロカプセルを分散媒体に分散させた蓄熱材マイクロカプセル分散液。
- 請求項1記載の蓄熱材マイクロカプセルを単独または複数個固着せしめてなる蓄熱材マイクロカプセル固形物。
