Claims (10)
- キャパシタ素子を収納するキャパシタケースの外底壁部を他壁よりも厚く形成し、前記外底壁部にネジ穴を設けるとともに、前記外底壁部に対向する上側壁部に端子を設けてキャパシタとし、
前記キャパシタを複数備え、前記ネジ穴に固定ネジを螺合することによって、断面内部に冷却媒体を流通させる冷却通路を備えた放熱体に前記キャパシタを固定し、
前記放熱体は金属材で形成し、
前記キャパシタの外壁面と前記放熱体との間には絶縁材からなるシート材を介在させたこと
を特徴とするキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記固定ネジと前記放熱体との間に絶縁材からなる介装材を介在させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 前記キャパシタをカバーで覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 前記キャパシタおよび前記固定ネジをカバーで覆ったことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 前記カバーは金属材で形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 複数の前記キャパシタを電気的に接続する接続金具と前記カバーとの間に絶縁材からなるシート材を介在したことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一つに記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- キャパシタの温度を検出する温度センサを前記カバーの内側に設ける一方、
前記温度センサが検出した温度に応じて各キャパシタの充放電制御を行うコントローラを前記カバーの外側に取り付けたこと
を特徴とする請求項3に記載のキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記温度センサを、キャパシタを電気的に接続する接続金具に設けたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- キャパシタの出力電圧を昇圧する昇圧器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 前記放熱体に防振ゴムからなる脚を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載のキャパシタモジュール。
