Claims (3)
- 燃料噴射ノズルを備えたバーナ部と蓄熱材を収容させた蓄熱室とを有する一対の蓄熱式バーナが、熱処理炉における被処理材の移動方向に沿って複数対設けられ、各対における一方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気をバーナ部に導くと共にこのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを噴射させて燃焼を行う一方、他方の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を交互に行う蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉において、少なくとも一対の蓄熱式バーナにおける燃焼と停止とを切り替えて制御するにあたり、燃焼停止時においても、この一対の蓄熱式バーナにおいて、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させる操作を、燃焼再開時に蓄熱室を通して燃焼用空気をバーナ部に導くと共にこのバーナ部における燃料噴射ノズルから燃料ガスを噴射させて燃焼を行う蓄熱式バーナにおいて行うことを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1に記載の蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法において、燃焼停止時においても、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させるにあたり、蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導く燃焼排ガスの量を制限することを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法において、燃焼停止時においても、燃焼排ガスを蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導いて蓄熱材に燃焼排ガスの熱を蓄熱させて排出させるにあたり、蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱室に導く燃焼排ガスの量を熱処理炉内の圧力に応じて制御することを特徴とする蓄熱燃焼式熱処理炉の燃焼制御方法。
