Claims (9)
- 穴あけ工具(3)を収容するためのラジアルピストン(2)が備えられた本体(1)からなる穴あけヘッドであって、穴あけ工具(3)が、締め付け手段(4)によって前記ラジアルピストン(2)へと締め付けられることができ、前記ラジアルピストン(2)の位置が、マイクロメータねじ(5)によって調節されることができ、ラジアルピストンが、案内および締め付け手段(6、6’)によって調節位置に案内されかつ締め付けされ、さらに前記本体が、釣合いおもり(8および9)を備える釣合い装置(7)を設けられ、
穴あけ工具(3)を本体(1)のラジアルピストン(2)に締め付けるための手段(4)が、ばね(12)によって引き起こされる張力下で可動の中央パンチ(11)を備えたねじ装置(10)の形態であり、ラジアルピストン(2)の調節位置への案内および締め付けのための手段(6)が、間接的な締め付け手段であることを特徴とする、穴あけヘッド。 - ばね(12)によって引き起こされた張力下で可動の中央パンチ(11)を備えるねじ装置(10)が、ねじ山付きスリーブ(10)の形態であり、ねじ山付きスリーブ(10)が、マイクロメータねじ(5)とは反対側の可動ラジアルピストン(2)の端部で本体(1)の外側へと開いている端部に、回転駆動のための手段を受け入れるための穴を備え、可動ラジアルピストン(2)内の穴あけ工具(3)の結合部(3’)に向いている端部に、ばね(12)によって引き起こされた張力下にある中央パンチ(11)を備え、中央パンチ(11)が、中央パンチ自身の円錐端によって、穴あけ工具(3)の結合部(3’)の平坦領域(3”)に設けられた円錐穴(13)と協働し、平坦部が、中央パンチ(11)を囲むねじ山付きスリーブ(10)の対応する端部のための支承面を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 穴あけ工具(3)の結合部(3’)に設けられた円錐穴(13)が、中央パンチ(11)の幅よりも大きい幅を呈し、円錐穴(13)の軸と本体(1)上に位置するフランジ(31)の対応する支承面との間の距離が、本体(1)の前面と穴あけ工具(3)を締め付けるための手段(4)を形成しているねじ装置(10)の軸との間の距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 案内および締め付けの手段(6)が、前記案内および締め付けを径方向に実行する間接的な締め付け手段であって、平頭ねじ(15)を収容する行き止まりのねじ山付きのスリーブ(14)の形態で構成され、スリーブ(14)が、閉じている端部で、本体(1)内を案内される穴あけ工具(3)を収容するためのラジアルピストン(2)に設けられた平坦領域(16)に位置し、スリーブ(14)の壁(14’)が、スリーブ(14)のラジアルピストン(2)との支承端を閉じており、壁(14’)が、小さな厚さを呈しており、弾性的に変形可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- ラジアルピストン(2)の調節位置の案内および締め付けのための手段(6’)が、前記案内および締め付けを、それぞれ軸方向の軸および径方向の軸である直交する2つの軸に沿って実行する間接的な締め付けの手段であって、一方では軸方向のプッシャ要素(17)、他方ではねじ山付きのスリーブ(19)からなり、軸方向のプッシャ要素(17)が、本体(1)内に収容されて、一端部がラジアルピストン(2)の平坦領域(2’)に位置するとともに、反対側端が調節ねじ(18)によって負荷が与えられ、ねじ山付きのスリーブ(19)が、本体(1)に収容されるとともに、薄い壁(20)へと延び、該薄い壁(20)が、前記薄い壁の厚みを一定にするための周状の溝(21)と、スリーブ(19)内に案内されて薄い壁(20)に当接する平頭ねじ(22)とによって、可動ラジアルピストン(2)のガイド上に画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 軸方向のプッシャ要素(17)が、締め付けによる調節、または案内クッションを形成する樹脂を圧力下で射出による調節をともなって、本体(1)に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 本体(1)に設けられ釣合いおもり(8および9)を備える釣合い装置(7)が、釣合いおもり(8および9)を形成する2つの歯付きクラウンからなり、歯付きクラウンが、本体(1)内で径方向に案内される少なくとも2つの円錐ピニオン(23)に係合し、釣合いおもりのうちの一方(9)が、ねじ(25)で調節リング(24)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 各釣合いおもり(8および9)が、凹所、または密度が釣合いおもりの構成材料の密度と異なっている追加の釣合いおもり(8’、9’)の形態で、不平衡を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の穴あけヘッド。
- 釣合いおもり(8および9)を形成する歯付きのクラウンが、ピン(9”)で互いに接続される2つの半リングの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の穴あけヘッド。
