Description

The present invention relates to an embedded lighting fixture.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known an embedded lighting fixture that is installed by being embedded in a mounting hole formed in a mounting wall portion such as a ceiling. Further, as this type of embedded lighting fixture, an appliance main body in which an opening for emitting light is formed in the lower part, a light source provided inside the appliance main body, and an outer peripheral edge of the opening are formed. There is known a device including a flange portion and a mounting spring portion as a fixing means for the mounting wall portion (see, for example, Patent Document 1). A plurality of attachment spring portions are disposed in the circumferential direction of the flange portion, and are formed obliquely upward from above the flange portion.

The procedure for installing an embedded lighting fixture with a mounting spring on the mounting wall is to first squeeze each mounting spring in the direction of the center of the fixture with your fingers against the elastic force of the mounting spring. In the state, the instrument body and each mounting spring part are inserted into the mounting holes. Therefore, when the finger that has narrowed each attachment spring portion is released, each attachment spring portion comes into contact with the edge of the attachment hole. When the instrument body is pushed upward, each attachment spring portion elastically recovers and expands while each attachment spring portion abuts against the edge of the attachment hole. Then, due to the elastic urging force that the mounting spring portion further expands, the fixture body is pulled upward, the flange portion is in pressure contact with the mounting wall portion, and the embedded lighting fixture is attached. It is installed on the wall.

On the other hand, when removing the embedded luminaire from the mounting wall, such as when replacing the embedded luminaire, the instrument body is pulled down against the urging force of the mounting spring section, and the instrument body and each mounting spring section Can be pulled out of the mounting hole. However, when the embedded lighting fixture is installed on the mounting wall, the flange is pressed against the mounting wall by the urging force of the mounting spring, and a fingertip is inserted between the flange and the mounting wall. It cannot be pulled down with.

For this reason, first insert the fingers of both hands into the opening of the instrument body to hold the instrument body's inner surface (reflective surface) to the left and right, and hold it against the urging force of the mounting spring. Pull down. Then, a gap into which the fingertip is inserted is formed between the flange portion and the mounting wall portion, and this gap serves as a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the flange portion. When the outer edge portion of the flange portion is held by inserting the fingertip into the gap and the instrument body is further pulled down, each attachment spring portion is gradually narrowed while coming into contact with the edge portion of the attachment hole. When the spring is pulled down to some extent, each mounting spring is squeezed in the direction of the center of the instrument body with your fingers against the elastic force of the mounting spring, and in this state, the instrument body and each mounting spring are pulled out of the mounting hole. The embedded luminaire is removed from the mounting wall.

In addition, when the instrument body is pulled down and held by pushing the inner surface (reflective surface) of the instrument body left and right, depending on which part of the instrument body inner surface (reflective surface) is held, The force required to pull down is different. That is, the influence of the strength of the attachment spring portion is strong in the region close to the attachment spring portion, and the influence of the strength of the attachment spring portion is relatively weak in the region separated from the attachment spring portion. For this reason, when comparing the force required for pulling down the instrument body between the case where the region close to the attachment spring portion is held and the case where the region separated from the attachment spring portion is held, the region close to the attachment spring portion is The holding force requires a larger force than when holding the region separated from the mounting spring portion.

Further, the force required for pulling down the instrument body varies depending on the thickness of the mounting wall. The mounting spring part of the embedded luminaire can accommodate from a thin mounting wall part (for example, 5 mm) to a thick mounting wall part (for example, 25 mm). The degree of expansion of the mounting spring part in the state is different. In the case of a thin mounting wall part, the mounting spring part is greatly expanded, so a large force is required to pull down the instrument body. Therefore, the instrument body can be pulled down with a small force.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-69813

By the way, as a light source part of an embedded lighting fixture, for example, a light source is a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), a lens body is combined with a substrate on which LEDs are mounted, and an irradiation surface is formed on the lower surface. Has been. In such a light source unit, the area of the irradiation surface is widened by using a plurality of LEDs. For this reason, the light source part is arrange | positioned so that an irradiation surface may adjoin to the opening part of an instrument main body.

However, if the irradiation surface is provided close to the opening inside the fixture body, the inner surface (reflection surface) from the irradiation surface to the opening becomes narrow, so it is difficult to remove the embedded lighting fixture from the mounting wall. There is a problem of becoming. That is, when removing the embedded lighting fixture from the mounting wall, hold the inner surface (reflective surface) of the fixture body to the left and right with fingers of both hands and resist the biasing force of the mounting spring. Pull down the body. And when the gap | interval which inserts a fingertip arises between the flange part and the attachment wall part, the fingertip is inserted in this gap | interval and the outer edge part of a flange part is hold | maintained. However, if the inner side surface (reflective surface) from the irradiation surface to the opening is narrow, fingers are not applied well to the inner side surface (reflective surface) of the instrument body, and it is difficult to apply force. For this reason, it is difficult to pull down the instrument body against the urging force of the mounting spring part while holding the inner side surface (reflective surface), and the flange part is a trigger for holding the outer edge part of the flange part. It is difficult to generate a gap between the mounting wall portion.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and easily creates a gap between the flange portion and the mounting wall portion that serves as a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the flange portion. An object of the present invention is to provide an embedded lighting apparatus that can be easily detached from a section.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem will be described.

As effects of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

According to the first invention, since the hooking portion is provided in the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion, the portion closest to the mounting spring portion, and the region including the portion, the fingertip is hung on the hooking portion. It is possible to easily apply a force when pulling, and the instrument body can be pulled down easily, and a gap between the flange portion and the mounting wall portion, which serves as a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the flange portion, can be easily generated.
In addition, the part closest to the mounting spring part and the region including the part are strongly affected by the strength of the mounting spring part, and a large force is required to pull down the instrument body. It is easy to apply force with the tip hooked on the hook part, the instrument body can be pulled down easily, and a gap between the flange part and the mounting wall part that triggers the outer edge of the flange part is easily created. Can be made. Thereby, an embedded type lighting fixture can be easily removed from an attachment wall part.
In addition, since the hook portion is provided only in the portion closest to the mounting spring portion and the region including the portion, the gap between the flange portion and the mounting wall portion can be obtained even when the embedded lighting fixture is installed on the mounting wall portion. Is inconspicuous and does not impair the appearance of the interior lighting fixture.

According to the second invention, since the hooking portion is provided in the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion, the portion farthest from each of the mounting spring portions, and the region including the portion, the fingertip is hooked. It is easy to apply force when hung on the part, the instrument body can be pulled down easily, and a gap between the flange part and the mounting wall part that becomes a trigger for holding the outer edge part of the flange part can be easily generated. it can.
In addition, the part farthest from each of the adjacent mounting spring parts and the region including the part are relatively weak in the influence of the strength of the mounting spring part, and the instrument body can be pulled down with a relatively small force. Therefore, the instrument body can be easily pulled down with the tip of a finger hooked on the hook portion, and a gap between the flange portion and the mounting wall portion that is a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the flange portion is easily generated. be able to. Thereby, an embedded type lighting fixture can be easily removed from an attachment wall part.
In addition, since the hook portion is provided only in the portion farthest from each of the adjacent mounting spring portions and the region including the portion, the flange portion and the mounting wall can be used even when the embedded lighting fixture is installed on the mounting wall portion. The gap with the part is not conspicuous, and the appearance of the embedded lighting fixture is not impaired.

However, the irradiation surface 51 is not limited to a substantially planar shape. For example, the irradiation surface 51 may be curved upward or downward. The lens 54 may be provided so as to protrude or dip into the irradiation surface 51. Moreover, although the light-guide plate 56 has translucency and the example which becomes bright with the lens 54 was shown, it is not limited to this, For example, only the lens 54 may irradiate light.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 as attachment spring portions are fixing means for fixing the embedded luminaire 11 to the ceiling, and the circumferential direction of the flange portion 41 A plurality of members are formed on the flange portion 41 and obliquely upward. In the present embodiment, a pair of main mounting spring portions 61 are disposed so as to face each other in the diameter direction of the flange portion 41, and a pair of sub mounting spring portions 62 are in phase with the main mounting spring portion 61 by 90 degrees. It is arrange | positioned so that it may oppose in the diameter direction which shifted. Therefore, in this embodiment, the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 are arranged at four equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 41. The main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 are both formed by bending a metal plate made of a stainless steel material or the like. In addition, about the shape of an attachment spring part, an attachment position, a number, etc., it is not limited to the thing of a present Example.

The hook portion 71 is a portion for pulling down the fixture main body 21 by placing the tip of a finger when removing the embedded lighting fixture 11 from the ceiling. The hook portion 71 is an outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 and is a portion closest to each main attachment spring portion 61 and each sub attachment spring portion 62, that is, each main attachment spring portion 61 and each sub attachment spring portion 62. It is formed in a region including a portion directly below the attachment spring portion 62 and a portion directly below. The hook portion 71 is formed for each main attachment spring portion 61 and each sub attachment spring portion 62, and each hook portion 71 is formed separately and independently. Moreover, the area | region in which the hook part 71 is formed should just have the width | variety of the grade which can hang a fingertip, for example, is comparable as the width | variety of the main attachment spring part 61 or the sub attachment spring part 62 It forms in the area | region of the width of.

In addition, although the hook part 71 was formed for every main attachment spring part 61 and for each sub attachment spring part 62, it is not limited to this, For example, the main attachment spring part 61 or each sub attachment spring part 62 It may be provided in a region including any one of the above and a region including the portion immediately below, or may be provided in at least one location.

The cross-sectional shape of the hook portion 71 is formed to be a chamfered shape as shown in FIG. The shape in plan view is a shape formed linearly on the outer edge of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 as shown in FIG. By forming in this way, the hook 71 does not come into contact with the ceiling even when the embedded lighting fixture 11 is installed on the ceiling, and therefore a gap for placing the tip of a finger between the flange 41 and the ceiling. Can be secured. The hook portion 71 may be formed by cutting means at the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 or may be formed when the frame body 31 is cast. The cross-sectional shape and planar shape of the hook portion 71 may be any shape that can secure a gap for placing the tip of a finger between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling. You may make it form.

Next, assembly of each member constituting the embedded lighting device 11 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, first, a lens 54 is fitted from below into each light source hole 34 formed in the upper plate portion 32 of the frame 31, a spacer 58 is interposed, and the lens 54 is formed by the light guide plate 56. Hold. The frame 31 and the light guide plate 56 are fixed by a light guide plate fixing bolt 81 at the center.

A frame 31 is attached to the bottom plate portion 24 of the instrument main body 22, and a heat conductive sheet (not shown) is provided on both sides between the bottom plate portion 24 of the instrument main body 22 and the upper plate portion 32 of the frame body 31. A substrate 52 to which is attached is interposed. The concave portion 55 formed in each lens 54 accommodates the LED 53 mounted on the substrate 52. Further, the main attachment spring portion 61 is sandwiched between the end portion of the main attachment spring portion 61 and the end portion of the sub attachment spring portion 62 by the bottom plate portion 24 of the instrument main body 22 and the upper plate portion 32 of the frame 31. Then, the auxiliary mounting spring part 62 is fixed. The instrument main body 22 and the frame body 31 are fixed by frame body fixing bolts 82 arranged at equal intervals around the bottom plate portion 24 of the instrument main body 22.

Then, the procedure which removes the embedded lighting fixture 11 of the present Example 1 from a ceiling is demonstrated. First, a pair of hook portions 71 that are opposed to each other in the diameter direction of the flange portion 41 are selected from the hook portions 71 formed in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 41. Then, the instrument body 21 is pulled down against the urging force of the main attachment spring part 61 and the auxiliary attachment spring part 62 in a state where the tips of the fingers of both hands are hung on the selected pair of hook parts 71. At this time, since the tip of a finger is hung on the hook portion 71, it is easy to apply force and the instrument body 21 can be pulled down easily. When the instrument body 21 is pulled down, a gap is created between the ceiling and the flange part 41 that holds the outer edge part of the flange part 41. Therefore, the outer edge part of the flange part 41 is held there, and the instrument body 21 is further moved. When pulled down, the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 are gradually narrowed while coming into contact with the edge of the attachment hole. When pulled down to some extent, the main attachment spring 61 and the sub attachment spring 62 are constricted in the direction of the center of the instrument body 21 with the fingers against the elastic force of the main attachment spring 61 and the sub attachment spring 62. By pulling out the fixture main body 21, the main attachment spring portion 61, and the auxiliary attachment spring portion 62 from the attachment holes in this state, the embedded illumination fixture 11 can be removed from the ceiling.

As described above, according to the embedded lighting device 11 according to the first embodiment, the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 and the portions closest to the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62, respectively. That is, since the hooking portion 71 is provided in the region including the portion directly below the main mounting spring portion 61 and the sub-mounting spring portion 62 and the portion immediately below, the fingertip is hooked on the hooking portion 71. It is easy to apply force, the instrument body 21 can be pulled down easily, and a gap between the flange 41 and the ceiling, which is an opportunity to hold the outer edge of the flange 41, can be easily generated.

In addition, the part closest to the main attachment spring part 61 and the sub attachment spring part 62 and the region including the part are strongly influenced by the strength of the main attachment spring part 61 and the sub attachment spring part 62, and the instrument. Although a large force is required to pull down the main body 21, since the hook portion 71 is provided, it is easy to apply a force with the fingertip hung on the hook portion 71, and the instrument main body 21 can be easily pulled down, and the flange portion 41. It is possible to easily generate a gap between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling, which becomes a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the ceiling. Thereby, the embedded lighting fixture 11 can be easily removed from the ceiling.

In addition, since the hook portion 71 is provided only in the portion closest to the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 and the region including the portion, the embedded lighting fixture 11 can be installed on the ceiling. In addition, the gap between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling is not conspicuous, and the appearance of the embedded lighting device 11 is not impaired.

Next, the embedded lighting device 11 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the second embodiment, the position where the hook portion 71 is formed is significantly different from that of the first embodiment. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the hook portion 71 is an outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41, and is a portion that is most separated from each of the adjacent main attachment spring portion 61 and sub attachment spring portion 62. In other words, in the circumferential direction of the flange portion 41, it is formed in a region that is intermediate between the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62, and a region that includes the portion. Each hook portion 71 is formed independently. Moreover, the area | region in which the hook part 71 is formed should just have the width | variety of the grade which can hang a fingertip, for example, is comparable as the width | variety of the main attachment spring part 61 or the sub attachment spring part 62 It forms in the area | region of width | variety.

In addition, although the hook part 71 was formed for every site | part most distant from each of the adjacent main attachment spring part 61 and the sub attachment spring part 62, it is not limited to this, For example, it should be provided in at least one place. That's fine.

The cross-sectional shape of the hook portion 71 is formed to be a step as shown in FIG. Further, the shape in plan view is a shape formed at a constant width on the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 as shown in FIG. The cross-sectional shape and planar shape of the hook portion 71 may be any shape that can secure a gap for placing the tip of a finger between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling, and the cross-sectional shape may be a chamfered shape in addition to a step. You may make it form.

The procedure for assembling each member constituting the embedded lighting fixture 11 of the second embodiment and removing it from the ceiling is the same as that of the first embodiment, and thus the description thereof will be omitted. According to the type | mold lighting fixture 11, it has the following effects.

Since the hooking portion 71 is provided in the outer edge portion of the upper portion of the flange portion 41 and in the region farthest from each of the adjacent main attachment spring portion 61 and sub attachment spring portion 62 and the region including the portion, It is easy to apply force when the fingertip is hooked on the hook portion 71, the instrument body 21 can be pulled down easily, and the gap between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling that serves as a trigger for holding the outer edge portion of the flange portion 41. Can be easily generated.

In addition, the portion most distant from each of the adjacent main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62 and the region including the portion are affected by the strength of the main attachment spring portion 61 and the sub attachment spring portion 62. Since the instrument body 21 is relatively weak and can be pulled down with a relatively small force, the instrument body 21 can be easily pulled down with the fingertips hung on the hook part 71, and the outer edge of the flange part 41. It is possible to easily create a gap between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling which are the triggers for holding the ceiling. Thereby, the embedded lighting fixture 11 can be easily removed from the ceiling.

In addition, since the hooking portion 71 is provided only in the region farthest from each of the adjacent main attachment spring portion 61 and sub attachment spring portion 62 and the region including the portion, the embedded lighting fixture 11 is installed on the ceiling. Even in this state, the gap between the flange portion 41 and the ceiling is not conspicuous, and the appearance of the embedded lighting device 11 is not impaired.

The technical scope of the present invention described above is not limited to the above embodiment, and is not limited to the shape of the above embodiment. The technical scope of the present invention broadly covers the entire scope of technical ideas that the present invention truly intends, as will be apparent from the matters described in the present specification and drawings.
