Description
図1は本発明にかかる床材の基本的な層構成を図解的に示す図、図2は本発明の床材を構成する表層に表面保護層を備えた装飾材の第1実施形態を図解的に示す層構成図、図3は本発明の床材を構成する表層に表面保護層を備えた装飾材の第2実施形態を図解的に示す層構成図、図4は本発明の床材を構成する表層に表面保護層を備えた装飾材の第3実施形態を図解的に示す層構成図であり、図中の1は床材、2は装飾材、3,13は接着剤層、5,5’,5”はプライマー層、6は凹凸模様、7はワイピングインキ、8は絵柄印刷層、8’はベタ柄印刷層、11は合板、21は表面保護層、22は合成樹脂製透明層、22’は合成樹脂製シート、23は紙系シート、αは微粒子をそれぞれ示す。
両面コロナ放電処理を施した60μm厚さの着色ポリプロピレン系フィルムの一方の面にグラビア印刷法でウレタン−硝化綿系樹脂(ウレタン及び硝化綿の混合物100重量部に対してヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート5重量部を添加したもの)を塗布してプライマー層を形成し、他方の面にグラビア印刷法でアクリル−ウレタン系樹脂(アクリルポリオール100重量部に対してヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート5重量部を添加したもの)を塗布して印刷用プライマー層を形成した後、アクリル−ウレタン系樹脂(アクリルポリオール100重量部に対してヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート5重量部を添加したもの)をビヒクルとする印刷インキでベタ柄印刷層と木目柄の絵柄印刷層をグラビア印刷法で形成し、次いで前記絵柄印刷層面全面に2液硬化型ウレタン系樹脂からなる接着剤層(固形分として2g/m2)を形成し、該接着剤層面にベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤とヒンダードアミン系ラジカル捕捉剤を添加したポリプロピレン系熱可塑性エラストマーをTダイ押出機で加熱溶融押出しして、80μm厚さの透明樹脂層を形成し、さらに前記透明樹脂層面にコロナ放電処理を施した後に、該処理面にグラビア印刷法でアクリル−ウレタン系樹脂(アクリルポリオール100重量部に対してヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート5重量部を添加したもの)を塗布して表面保護層用プライマー層(固形分として2g/m2)を形成すると共に該表面保護層用プライマー層面全面に、電離放射線硬化型樹脂を塗布すると共に酸素濃度が200ppm以下の環境下で電子線〔加速電圧:175KeV、照射量:5Mrad〕を照射して透明な表面保護層(固形分として15g/m2)を形成した装飾材を作製した。
接着剤をEB樹脂のみとした以外は、同様にして床材を得た。この接着剤の粘度は520cpsである。
接着剤をEB樹脂90重量部に化学処理した木粉10重量部を混練したものとした以外は、同様にして床材を得た。この接着剤の粘度は650cpsである。
接着剤をEB樹脂85重量部に化学処理した木粉15重量部を混練したものとした以外は、同様にして床材を得た。この接着剤の粘度は850cpsである。
EB樹脂40重量部に化学処理した木粉60重量部を混練した接着剤を作製しようとしたが、「だま」となり、液状化することができず、床材を作製することができなかった。
直径が260mmで120度間隔にポリアミド製車輪(直径が75mm、幅が25mm)を3個設けた治具に75kgの荷重を掛けて20rpmのスピードで前記治具を5分間ごとに回転方向を逆転させて1000回転させた試験を行ない、その時の床材の凹み深さ(単位:μm)を測定した。凹み深さが小さい程、耐キャスター性に優れる。なお、耐キャスター性評価として、当社の判定基準として凹み深さ100μm以上を不良として×印で示し、100μm未満を良好として○印で示して評価した。なお、凹み深さの数値は、キャスター性試験に供した床材について任意の測定点10点の平均値である。

Claims (8)
- 合板の一方の面に、電離放射線硬化型樹脂からなる接着剤層を介して装飾材を積層した床材において、前記接着剤層を形成する前記電離放射線硬化型樹脂が化学処理した木粉を含有すると共に樹脂と化学処理した木粉との配合割合が樹脂として45〜80重量部、化学処理した木粉として55〜20重量部であって、総量として100重量部となるように配合された組成物から形成されていることを特徴とする床材。
- 前記装飾材が合成樹脂製シート基材からなる化粧シートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材。
- 前記合成樹脂製シート基材がオレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の床材。
- 前記装飾材が紙系シート基材からなる化粧シートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材。
- 前記装飾材が突板であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材。
- 前記装飾材がその表面に表面保護層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材。
- 前記表面保護層が電離放射線硬化型樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の床材。
- 前記表面保護層が微粒子を含有した層であることを特徴とする請求項6、7のいずれかに記載の床材。
