Description
従来、該落差調整ます(1A)は縦管(2A)とインバート部(3A)とを一体的に射出成形することによって製造されている。
したがって上記方法では縦管の長さが限られ、大きな落差に対応出来ないという問題点があった。
縦管(2) は例えば押出し成形により長さに制限なく製造することが出来る。そこで本発明では縦管(2) は別途に製造しておき、該縦管(2) の下部を射出成形金型(9) 内にインサートし、インバート部(3) を射出成形して該縦管(2) の下部に接合する。
〔効果〕
本発明で落差調整ますの縦管部分は押出し成形等で別個に成形し、インバート部のみ射出成形で成形するので、縦管を長くすることが出来、大きな落差にも対応できる落差調整ますが提供出来る。
上記上内型(10)、上記外型(13,14) および上記下内型(11)には、上記流出側管接続部(4) 側に設けられる内外一対の立上り部(12A,12B) を成形するための成形部(10A,11A,11B,13A) が設けられている。

Claims (1)
- 縦管の下端に流出側管接続部取付け用の孔を介して流出側管接続部を差出したインバート部を一体的に設け、該インバート部の流出側管接続部側には内外一対の立上り部を設け、該内外一対の立上り部によって該流出側管接続部取付け用の孔の周縁を内外から挟持すると共に、該縦管の所定個所に接続口を穿設して流入側管接続部を取付ける落差調整ますを製造する方法であって、
上記インバート部の上側形状を形成する上内型と、上記インバート部の下側形状を成形する下内型と、上記流出側管接続部の内側形状を成形する管接続部内型と、上記インバート部の外側形状を成形する二分割された外型と、可動基台と、固定基台とからなり、
上記上内型、上記外型および上記下内型には、上記流出側管接続部側に設けられる内外一対の立上り部の成形部が設けられている射出成形金型を使用し、
該縦管の下端部を上記射出成形金型内にインサートし、該射出成形金型によって該縦管下端に上記インバート部を成形接続することを特徴とする落差調整ますの製造方法。
