Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1による冷媒圧縮機の縦断面図、図2は、同実施の形態の冷媒圧縮機の要部拡大断面図、図3は、同実施の形態の冷媒圧縮機の平面断面図である。
、コンロッド116を介してピストン115がシリンダ113内で往復動する。これにより、外部冷却回路(図示せず)から流れてきた冷媒103は、吸入管124を通って圧縮室112へと流入する。圧縮室112内へ流入した冷媒103は、その後シリンダ113内を往復運動するピストン115によって圧縮され、吐出管123より再び外部冷却回路(図示せず)へと吐出される。
118の内外側面に衝突する機会が激減し、気泡がスムーズに給油管118内に吸い込まれるので、給油管118の共振を激減することができる。

Claims (3)
- 電動モータと、前記電動モータの下方に配設され、前記電動モータによって駆動される圧縮要素と、前記電動モータと前記圧縮要素とを収容するとともに、オイルを貯留する密閉容器とを備え、前記圧縮要素を、主軸部および偏心部を備えたクランクシャフトと、シリンダおよび軸受けを形成したシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダ内を往復動するピストンと、前記ピストンと前記偏心部とを連結するコンロッドと、前記偏心部に固着され、一端が前記オイルに浸漬された給油管を備える構成とし、さらに、前記給油管と所定の距離を置いて前記給油管を囲う防振壁を、前記密閉容器の内側底部に配設し、前記防振壁の上端を、オイルの表面より上方に延出するとともに、給油管の内径より小径の連通孔を前記防振壁に穿設し、さらに、前記防振壁を、制振部材にて形成した冷媒圧縮機。
- 前記給油管を、鋼管から形成され、略くの字形状とし、さらに、前記防振壁の内壁を、回転体の形状とした請求項1に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
- 圧縮する冷媒を、ハイドロカーボンとし、オイルを、鉱油またはアルキルベンゼンとした請求項1または2に記載の冷媒圧縮機。
