Description
圧縮要素の上軸受に嵌合する主軸部と、回転子を固定し外径が主軸部の外径よりも小さい回転子固定軸とを有する回転軸を備え、
回転子は、
回転子の略中心部に形成され、回転子固定軸に固定される軸孔と、
軸孔の周囲近傍に設けられ、一部が回転軸の主軸部の外径よりも内側に位置し、その他の部分が回転軸の主軸部の外径よりも外側に位置する風穴とを具備するものである。
図1乃至図9は実施の形態1を示す図で、図1は回転式圧縮機100の縦断面図、図2は回転式圧縮機100の電動要素13付近の横断面図、図3は回転子11の斜視図、図4は回転子鉄心11aの横断面図、図5は図4のA部拡大図、図6は回転軸8の正面図、図7は変形例1の回転子11の平面図、図8は変形例2の回転子11の平面図、図9は回転式圧縮機100を使用する冷凍サイクル装置の構成図である。
(1)回転軸8の回転子固定軸8aを上軸受6に嵌合する回転軸8の主軸部8bより細くする。即ち、回転子固定軸8aの外径をd1、主軸部8bの外径をd2とすると、d1<d2の関係を満たす。
(2)回転子11の風穴33(個数、形状は任意)を、軸孔31の周囲近傍に設ける。
(3)回転子11の各風穴33の一部が、回転軸8の主軸部8bの外径d2よりも内側(回転子11の中心側)に位置する。
(4)エンドリング32の内径側縁部32aを、風穴33の外周付近まで近接させる。
Claims (8)
- 密閉容器内に、固定子と回転子とを有する電動要素と、前記電動要素で駆動される圧縮要素とを収納する圧縮機の前記電動要素に使用される圧縮機用電動機であって、
前記圧縮要素の上軸受に嵌合する主軸部と、前記回転子を固定し外径が前記主軸部の外径よりも小さい回転子固定軸とを有する回転軸を備え、
前記回転子は、
当該回転子の略中心部に形成され、前記回転子固定軸に固定される軸孔と、
前記軸孔の周囲近傍に設けられ、一部が前記回転軸の前記主軸部の外径よりも内側に位置し、その他の部分が前記回転軸の前記主軸部の外径よりも外側に位置する風穴とを具備することを特徴とする圧縮機用電動機。 - 前記風穴は、前記軸孔に連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記回転子の軸方向両端に設けられ、内径側縁部が前記風穴の外周付近まで近接して形成されるエンドリングを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記回転子は、二重かご形回転子であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 当該圧縮機用電動機は、単相誘導電動機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 前記単相誘導電動機は、前記固定子の巻線に主巻線と補助巻線とを有し、前記補助巻線に運転コンデンサを直列に接続することを特徴とする請求項5記載の圧縮機用電動機。
- 密閉容器内に、固定子と回転子とを有する電動要素と、前記電動要素で駆動される圧縮要素とを収納し、前記電動要素に請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の圧縮機用電動機を用いることを特徴とする圧縮機。
- 少なくとも請求項7記載の圧縮機と、凝縮器と、減圧装置と、蒸発器とを冷媒配管で接続して冷凍サイクルを構成したことを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
