Claims (4)
- 流体の形状変化を用いて焦点距離を変化させる焦点距離調整手段を有する可変焦点レンズを含んだレンズ系であって、当該可変焦点レンズの光学特性を参照光により測定する手段と、その測定結果に基づいて、前記可変焦点レンズの特性変化を補償するように前記焦点距離調整手段を操作する制御手段とを有することを特徴とするレンズ系。
- 前記参照光によって生ずる流体部分の光学特性変化の影響が、使用時に無視できるレベルとなるように、前記参照光の、光路、強度、照射時間の少なくとも一つが設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレンズ系。
- 前記測定結果と、前記制御手段が前記焦点距離調整手段を操作する操作量との関係が、ルックアップテーブルとして用意されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のレンズ系。
- 請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のレンズ系を有することを特徴とする光学装置。
