Claims (8)
- 1つ又は複数の歯車機構段を有するロータリーエンコーダであって、前記歯車機構段のうちの少なくとも1つの歯車機構段が、回転可能な1つの駆動要素(100)及び回転可能な1つの被動要素(200)から構成され、
−前記駆動要素(100)は、前記被動要素(200)の上に配置されていて、
−前記被動要素(200)が、前記駆動要素(100)から突出しないように、この被動要素(200)は配置されていて、
−少なくとも1本の螺旋状の線に沿った少なくとも1つの力伝達手段(101,102)が、前記駆動要素(100)の表面に配置されていて、
−1本の取り囲んでいる円周線に沿った力伝達手段(201,202)が、前記被動要素(200)の表面に配置されていて、
前記被動要素(200)を回転させるためのトルクが、当該力伝達手段(101,102;201,202)との相互作用によって、前記駆動要素(100)から前記被動要素(200)に伝達され、この被動要素(200)の回転数が、前記駆動要素(100)の回転数より小さく、
−前記駆動要素(100)及び前記被動要素(200)の前記力伝達手段(101,102;201,202)は、永久磁石であり、
−前記駆動要素(100)が、前記永久磁石の斥力によって非接触的に軸受可能であり、
−追加の力伝達手段(204)が、前記被動要素(200)の軸(203)方向の表面の周りに配置されていて、
−前記永久磁石(101,102;201,202)の磁力が、非接触の軸受をするのに十分でない程度に減少した場合に、前記回転機の駆動要素(100)は、この追加の力伝達手段(204)によって、前記駆動要素(100)と被動要素(200)との磁力の相互作用力が高められ、前記被動要素(200)と接触しながら、前記駆動要素(100)は回転可能であることを特徴とするロータリーエンコーダ。 - 前記被動歯車(200)は、前記駆動歯車(100)と板(414)との間に配置されている請求項1に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
- 前記駆動歯車(100)の回転軸線(103)と、前記被動歯車(200)が軸支されている点Pとの間の最短距離が、コード板(402)の半径より大きくない請求項1又は2に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
- 前記螺旋状の線は、方程式
r=a・φ
によって記述されていて、
rは螺旋の半径であり、aは正の定数であり、φは前記螺旋状の線の極から出発する放射光線の旋回角度である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。 - 前記被動要素(200)の前記力伝達手段(201,202)の数は、前記駆動要素(100)の前記螺旋状の線の有効整数より大きい請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
- 前記駆動要素(100)及び/又は前記被動要素(200)の前記永久磁石(101,102;201,202)は、支持本体(106,206)上に配置されていて、この支持本体(106,206)の材料は、10より大きい比透磁率を呈する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
- 層(104)が、前記被動要素(200)に面している側面上の前記駆動要素(100)の少なくとも1つの永久磁石(101,102)側に取り付けられていて、この層(104)は、強磁性特性を呈する材料から成る請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
- 前記駆動要素(100)の前記永久磁石は、複数の螺旋状の線上に配置されていて、当該永久磁石は、異なるウェブ高さH,hを有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のロータリーエンコーダ。
