Description
Claims (12)
- 液体またはペースト状流体製品のための変形可能なフレキシブルパウチであって、
ネック(5)を有する剛性の上側部分(3)と、柔軟で変形可能な下側部分(4)と、を含み、
前記パウチ内に空気が戻ることなく前記製品を確実に小出しするための手段に配置され、
前記上側および下側部分(3,4)が、前記パウチ(2)の収縮中に前記下側部分(4)の内壁の上部が前記上側部分(3)の内壁に合わさるように互いに連接され、
前記パウチの柔軟な前記下側部分(4)が、収縮するときに剛性の前記上側部分(3)の内壁に折りたたまれるような形状を有する1つの蛇腹を形成する、唯一の収縮部(7)を有し、
前記収縮部(7)が、柔軟で変形可能な前記下側部分(4)の上部に形成されていることを特徴とするフレキシブルパウチ。 - 前記収縮部(7)の内径が、前記パウチの前記ネック(5)の直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 前記パウチの剛性の前記上側部分(3)が円錐台形を有し、前記上側部分の剛性が、前記パウチの収縮中に前記パウチの前記上側部分の変形を防ぐのに十分であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 前記パウチの前記上側部分(3)が、前記パウチの前記ネック(5)に接続されるように中心に穴が開いたドームの形を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 前記収縮部(7)は、前記収縮部と隣接して前記パウチの前記ネック(5)と同じ側に位置する前記下側部分の壁(13)が柔軟な円錐台の形状を有するように調整され、
前記柔軟な円錐台の基部が、前記上側および下側部分の連接部分に沿って、剛性の円錐台形の前記上側部分(3)の基部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。 - 前記パウチの前記下側部分(4)に対する連接部分を支持する剛性の前記上側部分(3)の基部の直径は、前記パウチの前記下側部分(4)の側壁に対して前記収縮部(7)が接続する部分の外径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 前記フレキシブルパウチ(2)の前記下側部分(4)の底部が、横材(12)によって強化された凹状形(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチ。
- 剛性ボトル(1)と、空気穴(15)のない手動ポンプと、に取り付けられた、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブルパウチを含むことを特徴とする液体またはペースト状流体製品を包装し小出しする装置。
- 前記パウチ(2)が、前記剛性ボトル(1)の開口部(6)に気密に取り付けられ、前記上側部分(3)と前記下側部分(4)の間の連接部分に、前記パウチの剛性の前記上側部分(3)の基部の周囲(9)に形成された1つまたは複数の横溝(21)からなる空気回路(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記パウチが、前記剛性ボトル(1)の開口部(6)に気密に取り付けられ、前記ボトルの底が、フラップ弁(27)とフィルタ(28)を備えた通気孔(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記パウチの剛性の前記上側部分(3)の周囲(9)が、前記ボトル(1)の内壁に形成された肩部(10)に載っていることを特徴とする請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ポンプの本体(16)が、前記パウチ(2)の上から前記剛性ボトル(1)の開口部(6)に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
