Claims (2)
- バーナ又はランスの本体部の先端に、該本体部の軸線を中心とした円周上の位置から前記軸線の延長線上に収斂する方向に流体を噴出する流体噴出流路を有するとともに、前記本体部の外周に外管と内管とを本体部と同心状に配置し、内管と本体部との間に内側冷却流路を、外管と内管との間に外側冷却流路をそれぞれ形成し、内側冷却流路の先端と外側冷却流路の先端とを折り返し冷却流路で連通させたバーナ又はランスの冷却構造において、前記本体部の先端部外周に前記流体噴出流路の軸線と平行な方向の面からなる円錐面を形成し、該円錐面の先端と前記外管の先端とを端板で閉塞するとともに、前記内管の先端に、周方向に複数に分割されたブロックを配置してリング状に接合することにより、該ブロックの内周面と前記円錐面との間、該ブロックの先端面と前記端板の内面との間、該ブロックの外周面と前記外管の内周面との間に、前記折り返し冷却流路を形成したことを特徴とするバーナ又はランスの冷却構造。
- 前記ブロックは、前記円錐面、前記端板の内面及び前記外管の内周面の少なくともいずれか2面に当接する突起を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバーナ又はランスの冷却構造。
