Description
本発明は請求項1の特徴を有す椎間板プロテーゼまたは人工椎体以って、与えられた課題を解決する。
− 小さな圧力の場合、十分に大きな弾性的柔軟性および減衰が保証されている。それによってその範囲の椎体の十分な移動自由度が保証される。
− 大きな圧力負荷または衝撃負荷の場合、圧力を吸収するために大きなばね変位が必要ない。
− 健康な脊椎節とプロテーゼを取り付けた脊椎節との間の剛性段差は調和的に減衰されるため、健康な椎間板の場合のような挙動が達成される。
特別な実施形態においては、弾性手段のために復元装置が備えられている。前記復元装置によって皿ばねは滑り落ちることがなく、その位置に維持される。さらに復元装置により、寄せ合った皿ばねが非常に大きな力を吸収することができ、安全性に寄与する。
それ以外の実施形態において、復元装置は柔軟に形成されているため円錐範囲内では軸案内にもなっている。それによって得られる利点は、椎間板プロテーゼは同軸に弾性的に形成されているばかりではなく、同格板が斜め、または回動的に相対して移動が可能である。
それ以外の実施形態において、皿ばねは中心穴を有し、復元装置は内部の、前記穴によって実現された蛇腹として形成されている。
それ以外の実施形態において、皿ばねが、同方向に層状に重ねられた複数の皿ばねの皿ばねパケットに統合されている。これは累進的ばね特性曲線が皿ばねから成るばねのみで造られるという利点を有す。蛇腹と組み合わせると、ばね特性曲線に付加的に影響を与え得るという付加的な利点が生まれる。
それ以外の実施形態において、中央部分は引張りばねとしても圧縮ばねとしても有効な同軸に配置されたばねを含む。それによってコイルばねは捻り力も吸収できる。
それ以外の実施形態において、中央部分は外側に蛇腹から成る外郭を有す。前記外郭は体液の侵入を防ぐ。
それ以外の実施形態において、中央部分は嵌合具によって2枚の同格板に緩嵌可能である。
前記移動は優先的には±0.5mmである。こうして滑り軸受けを通じて、皿ばねの収容を通じて、およびプロテーゼの縦軸周り±30°の回動を通じて全6自由度をカバーする。
それ以外の実施形態においては、皿ばねはその圧縮を限定するストッパーを有す。前記ストッパーは皿ばねを過負荷から保護する。これによって皿ばねに過剰な負荷を与えることなく大きな力を収容できる。

Claims (13)
- 椎間板プロテーゼ(1)または脊椎間インプラントであって
A)中心縦軸(6)、上端部(4)および下端部(5)を伴う中央部(2)を含み、
B)前記中央部(2)の前記上端部(4)に、前記縦軸(6)に直角に配置され、椎体の基板への装着に好適な上部同格板(7)を含み、
C)前記中央部(2)の前記下端部(5)に、前記縦軸(6)に直角に配置され、椎体の覆板への装着に好適な下部同格板(8)を含み、およびそこで
D)前記中央部(2)が弾性手段(19)を含み
E)前記弾性手段(19)が累進的なばね特性曲線を示すこと
F)前記中央部(2)が、それと同軸に配置されて引張ばねとしても圧縮ばねとしても作用するばね(21)を含むこと
G)前記弾性手段(19)と前記ばね(21)は前記縦軸(6)に沿って同軸に配置されること
を特徴とする椎間板プロテーゼまたは脊椎間インプラント。 - 弾性手段(19)が少なくとも2つの、同軸に配置された皿ばね(20)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 前記皿ばね(20)の少なくとも2つが、異なる剛性を示すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 前記皿ばね(20)が、同方向に層状に重ねられた複数の皿ばね(20)が皿ばねパケット(22)に編組されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 中央部(2)が中空体状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 前記縦軸(6)が柔軟に形成されていること、および円錐範囲内に軸方向に案内されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 皿ばね(20)が中心孔(24)を有すこと、および前記縦軸(6)が内部の、前記中心孔(24)によって案内された蛇腹として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 軸方向のばね変位がX≠0になるまで、前記ばね(18)のみが両同格板(7、8)に留まることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 中央部(2)が外側に、蛇腹(12)から成る外郭(3)を有すことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 中央部(2)が嵌合具によって2つの同格板(7,8)と緩嵌していることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 前記同格板(7,8)が、優先的には磁器材料から成る滑り軸受け(25)を通して、中央部(2)と結合していることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 前記滑り軸受け(25)が、同格板(7,8)が中央部(2)に対向して縦軸(6)に直角に限定移動ができるように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
- 皿ばね(20)が、その圧縮を制限するストッパーを有すことを特徴とする請求項2から12のいずれか一項に記載の椎間板プロテーゼ(1)。
