Description
本発明は、上記事情に鑑み、リフロー時の熱膨張によるケースの変形が防止された低コストの電解コンデンサを提供することを目的とする。
誘電体膜および電極箔からなるコンデンサ素子と、該コンデンサ素子を収納する金属製のケースと、該ケース内に収納された上記コンデンサ素子を浸漬する電解液とを有する表面実装型の電解コンデンサにおいて、
上記ケース内に、該ケース内部で発生した気体を吸収する気体吸収部材を配備したことを特徴とする。
誘電体膜および電極箔からなるコンデンサ素子と、該コンデンサ素子を収納する金属製のケースと、該ケース内に収納された前記コンデンサ素子を浸漬する電解液とを有する表面実装型の電解コンデンサにおいて、
上記ケース内に、加熱により収縮する熱収縮部材を配備したことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 誘電体膜および電極箔からなるコンデンサ素子と、該コンデンサ素子を収納する金属製のケースと、該ケース内に収納された前記コンデンサ素子を浸漬する電解液とを有する表面実装型の電解コンデンサにおいて、
前記ケースの内面と前記コンデンサ素子の外面との間に、加熱により収縮する、収縮前の熱収縮部材を配備したことを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。 - 前記熱収縮部材が、リフロー時の加熱により収縮するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解コンデンサ。
