Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging box that can be easily folded and stacked and bound when the packaging box is discarded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Canned beverages such as canned beer and canned juice are often shipped and transported by being housed in an outer box called a wrap round case. In addition, individual confectionery, box tissue, toilet rolls or kitchen bottled or tubed detergents are housed in a 0201 form (former A-1 form) cardboard box defined by JIS Z1507, and shipped. Often transported.
[0003]
By the way, this type of packaging box is discarded after use, but the discarded box is generally recovered as used paper for incineration or reuse. When disposing of or collecting used packaging boxes, open the box into a sheet and disassemble it, or disassemble the bottom lid and canopy of the box and then crush the four sides of the box into a diamond shape to make it as flat as possible In general, the collected material is bundled with a string or the like and stocked, and then handed over to a collection company.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, dismantling a strong packaging box and opening it into a sheet takes time, and if it is made of a material with a high stress against compressive force, such as a cardboard sheet, Even if the side is crushed into a diamond shape, it is difficult to maintain a flat state. The reason for this is that when the packaging box A is crushed into a diamond shape, the bending resistance of the corners B (continuous ruled line portions) on the four side surfaces formed into a rectangular tube shape is large, and counters the force of crushing the box. This is because a restoring force that attempts to restore the four side surfaces works to cause the body surface to swell as shown in FIG.
[0005]
For this reason, it is difficult to compactly pack the packaging box. There is also a problem that it is difficult to perform storage work and bundling work. In particular, wholesalers and mass merchandisers generate a large amount of used packaging boxes, so when the amount of used packaging boxes increases, not only do they need to be handled, but they are used as a result of the bulky boxes. There was a problem of further cost increase, such as requiring a large stockyard for the packaging box.
[0006]
In view of the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can improve the folding and accumulating property at the time of disposal of a used packaging box and can easily perform a stacking operation and a binding operation.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive research in order to solve the above problems, the present inventor folds a lock piece with a specific cut line around a box body formed by joining four trunk panels into a square cylindrical shape. By providing it, it succeeded in obtaining the packaging box which can perform the folding accumulation | stacking operation | work and binding operation | work at the time of the above disposal easily, and came to complete this invention.
That is, the packaging box according to the first invention of the present invention is a packaging box comprising a rectangular cylindrical main body formed by four body panels and a flap for sealing the opening surface of the main body.
Two cut lines or easy-to-cut lines that cross the ruled line are cut into adjacent body panels across the ruled line, and face each other between the cut lines or between the easy-to-cut lines. A cutting line or an easy cutting line that forms one or both of the both ends of the folding lock piece facing each other with a ruled line formed between the ruled lines is cut and provided at a position shifted with respect to the ruled line. It is a packaging box.
[0008]
Further, a second aspect of the present invention is the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the cutting line or the easy cutting line that divides both end edges of the folding lock piece is either a parallel shape, a C shape, or a reverse C shape. It is a packaging box.
Further, in the present invention, the easy-cut line can be formed by either a half-cut line cut to half the thickness of the material or an intermittent perforated cut.
[0009]
Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable to provide a folding lock piece in the position which faces in the diagonal direction of a packaging box.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIGS. 1 to 4 show, as an example, a wrap round case in which canned beverages are wrapped together in units of 24, FIG. 1 is a plan view of a single cardboard blank, and FIG. 2 is an assembled perspective view thereof. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the box cylinder is crushed into a rhombus shape after the box sealing surface is opened, and FIG. 4 is a view showing an accumulation example of the crushed boxes. FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of the folding lock piece according to the present invention, and FIG. 6 is an explanatory view of the behavior of the folding lock piece.
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of a folded and accumulated state when a conventional wrap round case is discarded.
[0011]
Based on FIG. 1, the structure of the wrap round case of this embodiment is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1, this corrugated cardboard blank 1 includes four rectangular body panels 2 to 5 and an adhesive margin 6 in order to form a quadrangular cylindrical body (body part). It is connected in one direction. Four flaps 9 to 12 are connected to the upper and lower edges of the four body panels 2 to 5, respectively.
[0012]
From a functional viewpoint, reference numerals 2 and 4 are side panels, and 3 and 5 are a bottom panel and a top panel. All of these panels are connected so as to be foldable via the ruled lines 7 and are cylinder-bonded in a rectangular tube shape via a glue margin 6 to form a rectangular tube-shaped main body.
Also, sealing inner flaps 9 and 10 and an outer flap 11 are connected to the upper and lower edges of the side panels 2 and 4 and the upper and lower edges of the bottom panel 3 and the top panel 5 via ruled lines 8, respectively. And 12 are connected so as to be bendable, and the inner flap and the outer flap are folded inward and overlapped to seal the opening surface of the cylindrical main body.
[0013]
For the panels 2 and 3 that are adjacent to each other with the ruled line 7 in between, two cutting lines or easy-to-cut lines 13 and 14 having substantially the same length are arranged in a direction crossing the ruled line 7 (in the example shown, orthogonal directions). The folding lock pieces 17a and 17b facing each other with the ruled line sandwiched between the two cutting lines or the easy cutting lines are formed.
Similarly, for each of the panels 4 and 5, two cutting lines or easy cutting lines 15 and 16 having substantially the same length are engraved in a direction transverse to the ruled line 7 so as to be substantially parallel. Folding lock pieces 18a and 18b facing each other with the ruled line between them are formed between the cutting lines of the books or between the easy cutting lines.
[0014]
The two cutting lines or easy cutting lines 13 and 14 do not necessarily need to be cut in parallel. As shown in (2) or (3) of FIG. It can be formed into a letter shape.
Note that this cutting line does not have to be a continuous cut line, and can be cut by a finger, for example, a half cut line that is cut into about half the thickness of the material sheet or an intermittent perforated cut line. Any material can be used as long as it can be easily cut with fingers.
[0015]
It should be noted that the fold lines 19 and 20 can be provided at positions connecting both ends of the cutting lines or the easy cutting lines 13 and 14 or 15 and 16.
[0016]
As described above, two cutting lines or easy cutting lines 13 and 14 or 15 and 16 having substantially the same length are respectively attached to the panels 2 and 3 or the panels 4 and 5 adjacent to each other with the ruled line 7 interposed therebetween. Cut along the ruled line 7 and fold lines 19 and 20 as necessary so as to connect both ends of the cut line or easy-cut lines 13 and 14 or 15 and 16, and sandwich the ruled line 7 Folding lock pieces 17a, 17b or 18a, 18b are formed so as to face each other.
And the cutting position of the cutting line or the easy cutting lines 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b which divides at least one edge among the both ends of the folding lock pieces 17a, 17b facing the ruled line 7 as shown in FIG. Are slightly shifted with respect to the ruled line 7. That is, (1) to (3) in FIG. 5 are examples in which the cutting positions of the cutting lines or the easy cutting lines that divide both ends of the folding lock piece are slightly shifted with respect to the ruled lines 7. Further, (4) to (6) in FIG. 5 are examples in which the cutting position of the cutting line or the easy cutting line that partitions one end edge of the folding lock piece is slightly shifted with respect to the ruled line 7. As will be described later, if the cutting position of the cutting line or the easy cutting line that divides both ends of the folding lock piece is slightly shifted with respect to the ruled line 7, the operation direction of the folding lock piece when the box is crushed is normal and reverse. Since it is not limited to any direction, it is preferable.
[0017]
The positions of the folding lock pieces 17 and 18 are not limited to the positions near the both end faces of the rectangular tube-shaped body as in this embodiment (FIG. 1), and may be positions near the center. In particular, in a main body formed in a rectangular tube shape, it is preferable to form it at two corners facing diagonally, but either one may be used.
[0018]
When assembling the blank shown in FIG. 1, the beverage can as a package is placed on the front, back, left, and right panels in the same manner as the case of the conventional wrap round specification case. 2-5, after enclosing in the shape of a square tube, folding the inner end face flaps 9, 10 and the outer end face flaps 11, 12 inward to seal the opening surfaces, the packaging box of the present invention is as shown in FIG. Complete.
[0019]
When the packaging box of FIG. 2 is discarded and collected, the left and right opening surfaces of the box are opened, and then the body surface of the box is crushed into a diamond shape as shown in FIG. 3 so that the box becomes flat. At this time, the folding lock pieces 17a and 17b are bent from the ruled line 7 and overlapped vertically as shown in FIG. Further, at least one end edge (cutting line or easy cutting line) of the folding lock piece 17b on the lower side and end edge parts 14a and 14b (cutting line or easy cutting line) of the folding lock piece 17a on the upper side are: It is in a position shifted with respect to the ruled line 7. Therefore, when the folding lock piece 17 in the state of being overlapped with the folding line 19 as shown in (II) from the state of FIG. At least one edge part (cutting line or easy cutting line) of a folding lock piece 17b and the edge parts 14a and 14b (cutting line or easy cutting line) of the folding lock piece 17a on the upper side sandwich the ruled line 7. Due to the deviation, the end edge portion 14b of the lower folding lock piece 17 is locked by being caught by the end edge portion on the main body side, or fixed frictionally. In the case of this example, even if the folding lock piece 17 is bent downward with a finger, the end edge portion 13a of the upper folding lock piece 17 is caught by the end edge portion on the main body side and locked or frictionally fixed. The Rukoto.
As a result, the bending resistance of the corners (ruled lines) of the box body surface is suppressed, and the force from the inside to the outside that tries to return to the four sides against the force that crushes the box is diminished. These four side surfaces are held in a substantially flat state (FIG. 3). In addition, as shown in (4) to (6) in FIG. 5, when the cutting position of the cutting line or the easy cutting line that divides one edge of the folding lock piece is slightly shifted with respect to the ruled line 7, the folding lock piece Needless to say, the operational direction of the system is limited.
[0020]
In the conventional type, since such folding lock pieces 17 and 18 are not formed around the box shaped like a rectangular tube, it can be restored even if the four sides of the box are crushed in a diamond shape as shown in FIG. It was easy to keep flat state easily. According to the present invention, such problems can be solved, swelling of the case at the time of disposal can be prevented, and the thickness at the time of stacking can be reduced to about 1/3 of the conventional type. In addition, the bundling work can be easily performed.
[0021]
In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated the box of what is called a wrap round packaging type, it is not restricted to this. That is, the present invention includes 39 types of code numbers 0200 to 0771 defined by JIS Z1507, such as 0200, 0201, 0202, 0203, 0204, 0205, 0206, 0209, 0212, 0215, 0216, It is composed of a body part that joins a pair of front, rear, left, and right panels via a connecting margin to form a rectangular tube shape (sack shape), and a top surface flap or a bottom surface flap that extends to the upper or lower edge. It is suitable for application to a rectangular parallelepiped packaging box.
[0022]
Further, in the present embodiment, the cutting line or the easy cutting line is engraved substantially in parallel, but it may be a “C” shape or an inverted “C” shape as shown in FIG. 5 and is not limited to the above embodiment. Needless to say.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, when collecting used packaging boxes at the time of dismantling and discarding, it becomes possible to easily fold and lock the rectangular cylindrical box into a flat shape, thereby improving the folding and accumulating ability, Work and bundling work can be easily performed. It also has a beneficial effect on reducing the amount of waste packaging materials and recycling resources associated with distribution.
