Claims (42)
- 医療器具を送出する送出システムであって、
近位端および遠位端を有し、近位端と遠位端との間で縦軸を定める内部部材と、
内部部材の遠位端に形成された先端と、
内部部材上に自由に移動するように配置され、近位端および遠位端を有する緩衝器であって、先端と緩衝器の遠位端の間に座が定められ、ある長さおよび管状壁を有するスリーブ部材を含み、管状壁に複数の孔が定められた緩衝器と、
内部部材の周りに配置され、近位端および遠位端を有し、座をほぼ覆う第1外装位置から動作可能であり、第2外装位置が座を露出させるように軸方向にずれている外装と、
内部部材の近位端に接続された取っ手とを備える送出システム。 - 少なくとも1つの孔が細長いスロットであり、概ね縦軸に対して直角に配向される請求項1に記載の送出システム。
- 少なくとも1つの孔がほぼI字形である請求項1に記載の送出システム。
