【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、建物の外壁に取付けられる水切りの取付構造、および水切りの施工方法に係わり、特に壁パネルの表面に外装材が取付けられた外装材付き壁パネル間に取付けられる水切りの取付構造、および水切りの施工方法に関する。

【背景の技術】
近年、住宅の構築についてはその工業化が進み、例えば壁や床、屋根といった構成要素を予め工場にてパネル化しておき、施工現場でこれらのパネルを組み立てることにより、住宅を構築するといったパネル工法が一部に採用されている。このようなパネル工法に用いられるパネルとして、例えば、図8に示すような壁パネル100が知られている。

図8に示す壁パネル100は、縦框材100a、100aと横框材100b、100bとが矩形状に組み立てられるとともに、この矩形枠の内部に補強桟材102が縦横に組まれて枠体103が形成され、さらにこの枠体103内にグラスウールなどの断熱材(図示しない)が充填された状態で枠体103の表裏面に合板などの面材104、104が貼設されたものである。そして、外壁パネルでは、更に現場での施工を簡略にするため、前記面材104に胴縁を取り付け、その上に外装材を貼設する、いわゆる艤装を行っているものがある。

この場合、例えば、特開2001−152566号公報に開示された技術が知られている。この技術は、建物の外壁となる複数の壁パネルと、この壁パネルの外面側を覆うように設けられる防水シートと、この防水シート上から壁パネルに取付けられる外装材とから外装材付き壁パネルが形成され、この外装材付き壁パネルが建築現場に搬送されるともに設置されてなるものである。そして、前記公報の外装材付き壁パネルを適用した外壁は、上階の外壁を構成する外装材付き壁パネルの外装材の表面下端部と、下階の外壁を構成すある外装材付き壁パネルの外装材の表面上端部との間に現場で幕板を取付けることによって、上階の外装材の下端部と下階の外装材の上端部との間から、上階の外装材および下階の外装材の裏面側に雨水などの水が侵入するのを防止している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記公報の記載の技術では、上側の外装材付き壁パネルの下端部と、下側の外装材付き壁パネルの外装材の上端部との間隔が比較的大きく、この隙間を覆うため幕板を使用している。この幕板は外装材と同質材や塩ビ鋼板等で形成されており、しかも比較的大きい隙間を覆うものなので、重量が嵩む。また、この幕板は、断面が大きいため、製作コストがかかっていた。このため、該幕板を上下の外装材付き壁パネル間に取付ける場合、取付作業に手間がかかり、さらには、該幕板を現場に出荷するための輸送コストもかかっていた。

本発明の課題は、上下に配置された外装材付き壁パネル間に、幕板の代わりに水切りを容易に取付けることができる水切りの取付構造、および水切りの施工方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を解決するため、請求項1記載の発明は、例えば図1〜図3、および図6に示すように、壁パネル100、100の表面2に外装材3、11が取付けられた外装材付き壁パネル4、10が上下に配置され、これら外装材付き壁パネル4、10間15に水切り6を取付ける水切り6の取付構造であって、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図8を参照して本発明の実施の形態を詳細に説明する。なお、本実施の形態の水切り材6の取付構造は、予め工場で製造された木質パネルを現場で組み付けることにより、床、壁、屋根などを構築するパネル工法を用いて構築された住宅に適用したものとして説明する。

(第1の実施の形態)
第1の実施の形態の水切りの取付構造は、図1(a)〜図3に示すように、壁パネル100、100の表面2に外装材3、11が取付けられた外装材付き壁パネル4、10が1階および2階の外壁として配置され、これら外装材付き壁パネル4、10間15に水切り6を取付けるものである。

防水シート105は、壁パネル100の外形と略同一寸法の矩形状のもので、壁パネル100に接着剤等によって貼設されている。防水シート105の下端部は、下耳部5の下端5aよりも延出して設けられている。防水シート105は、水を透過せず水蒸気は透過するミクロなポアを有するシートからなるもので、具体的には、タイペック(商品名:デュポン社製)等からなるものである。なお、図面上、防水シート105は破線で示し、胴縁、或いは水抜きパッキン50に挟まれる部分については、見やすくするため胴縁、或いは水抜きパッキン50の内側に表示した。
