また、本発明による転がり軸受装置は、内軸の一端側に小径部が設けられ、前記小径部に外嵌した内輪の端面に前記小径部の一端側先端部をかしめつけ、前記内軸の他端側の外周面に軌道部が形成され、前記内軸の他端側の径方向内側に他端側に開いた凹入部が形成された転がり軸受装置であって、前記凹入部は、前記内軸の前記小径部よりも他端側でかつ前記軌道部よりも一端側の軸方向位置に、かしめ時にかしめ受け治具の端部と軸方向に正対して当接し、内軸に加わる応力を受ける受け部を形成したことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (2)
- 内軸の一端側に小径部が設けられ、前記小径部に外嵌した内輪の端面に前記小径部の一端側先端部をかしめつけ、前記内軸の他端側の外周面に軌道部が形成され、前記内軸の他端側の径方向内側に他端側に開いた凹入部が形成された転がり軸受装置の製造方法であって、
前記凹入部は、前記内軸の前記小径部よりも他端側でかつ前記軌道部よりも一端側の軸方向位置に、かしめ時に内軸に加わる応力を受ける受け部を有し、前記受け部と前記かしめ受け治具とを軸方向に正対した状態で当接させてかしめを行う、ことを特徴とする転がり軸受装置の製造方法。 - 内軸の一端側に小径部が設けられ、前記小径部に外嵌した内輪の端面に前記小径部の一端側先端部をかしめつけ、前記内軸の他端側の外周面に軌道部が形成され、前記内軸の他端側の径方向内側に他端側に開いた凹入部が形成された転がり軸受装置であって、
