Claims (4)
- ラジアル軸受面を有する軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブを固定したハウジングと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入される軸部材と、軸受スリーブのラジアル軸受面と軸部材の外周面との間に、軸方向に離隔して形成されるラジアル軸受隙間とを備える流体軸受装置において、
複数の軸受スリーブが軸方向に並べて配置され、複数の軸受スリーブが、各軸受スリーブの最内径面を基準として芯出しされ、且つ、各軸受スリーブの最大厚肉部の円周方向位置を一致又は近接させた状態で、ハウジングの内周に圧入を伴わない隙間接着により固定されていることを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 各軸受スリーブの最大厚肉部を円周方向90°の領域内に配置した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 各軸受スリーブの外周面とハウジングの内周面との隙間幅の最大値が100μm以下である請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- ラジアル軸受面を有する軸受スリーブと、軸受スリーブを固定したハウジングと、軸受スリーブの内周に挿入される軸部材と、軸受スリーブのラジアル軸受面と軸部材の外周面との間に、軸方向に離隔して形成されるラジアル軸受隙間とを備える流体軸受装置を製造するための方法であって、
複数の軸受スリーブを軸方向に並べ、各軸受スリーブの最内径面を基準とした芯だしを行い、その状態で各軸受スリーブを相対回転させることにより、全ての軸受スリーブを含む最小径の幾何学的円筒の径がハウジングの内径よりも小さくなるように設定し、複数の軸受スリーブをハウジングの内周に圧入を伴わない隙間接着により固定することを特徴とする流体軸受装置の製造方法。
