Claims (5)
- 矩形波区間と所定レベルの直流区間が繰り返される間欠矩形波信号を生成する矩形波生成回路と、基準信号と前記矩形波生成回路により生成された間欠矩形波信号に基づいて三角波区間と直流区間が繰り返される間欠三角波信号を生成する積分回路とからなる三角波生成回路であって、前記積分回路から出力された間欠三角波信号の直流区間の始点及び終点の差分電圧に基づいて前記間欠三角波信号の波形歪を補正する三角波補正回路を備えてなる三角波生成回路。
- 前記三角波補正回路は前記差分電圧に基づいて前記基準信号の信号レベルを補正する請求項1記載の三角波生成回路。
- 前記三角波補正回路は前記差分電圧に基づいて前記間欠矩形波信号の直流区間の信号レベルを補正する請求項1または2記載の三角波生成回路。
- 前記三角波補正回路は前記差分電圧に基づいて前記間欠矩形波信号のオフセットレベルを補正する請求項1または2記載の三角波生成回路。
- 前記三角波補正回路は前記差分電圧に基づいて前記基準信号の信号レベルと前記間欠矩形波信号の直流区間の信号レベルが等しくなるように補正する請求項1記載の三角波生成回路。
