Description
本実施形態によれば、ベースに対する接続端子の位置決め精度が高くなり、組立精度の高いコネクタが得られる。
本実施形態によれば、弾性腕部に組み付けた操作レバーに前記弾性腕部の付勢力が作用し、位置規制するので、操作レバーにガタツキが生じにくい。
本実施形態によれば、操作レバーを組み付ける際に前記弾性腕部が弾性変形して広がるので、操作レバーの組付作業が容易になるという利点がある。
本実施形態によれば、操作レバーに負荷される外力が支持金具で支持されるので、支持強度が高くなるという効果がある。
本実施形態にかかるコネクタは、図1および図2に示すように、大略、ベース10と、第1接続端子20と、第2接続端子30と、操作レバー40と、支持金具50,60とから構成されている。
操作前のコネクタは、図20Dに示すように、操作レバー40の回動軸部45がベース10の弾性腕部12に下方側に付勢され、軸受け溝63の最下位の位置にある(図20C)。このため、前記操作レバー40にガタツキが生じない。そして、前記操作レバー40のカム部46は可動接点片34に接触しないように設計されている。搬送時の振動等で第2接続端子30に塑性変形が生じたり、動作特性が変化することを防止するためである。

Claims (5)
- 下面に複数の位置決め用凹部を並設したベースと、
針状金属材を上下2つに折り曲げて形成した端子本体部と可動接点片とでフレキシブル基板を挟持可能な形状を有し、前記端子本体部および前記可動接点片の少なくともいずれか一方の自由端部を前記ベースから突出するように前記位置決め用凹部に位置決めする接続端子と、
前記ベースの下面に貼着一体化して前記接続端子を前記ベースに固定するテープ状カバーと、
両側端面から同一軸心上に突設した一対の回動軸部を前記ベースに設けた縦長の軸受け溝に往復移動可能、かつ、回動可能に支持するとともに、前記回動軸部が前記軸受け溝の下端に位置するときに前記可動接点片の自由端部を持ち上げることにより、前記端子本体部と前記可動接点片との間にフレキシブル基板を挿入可能とする操作レバーと、からなり、
前記端子本体部と前記可動接点片との間にフレキシブル基板を側方から挿入し、前記操作レバーを倒して固定したときに前記回動軸部が前記軸受け溝の下端よりも上方に位置することを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 接続端子の折り曲げ部の近傍をカシメて形成した回動支点を、ベースの位置決め用凹部内に設けた基準面に当接させて位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- ベースの両側端面から同一方向に平行に一対の弾性腕部を延在し、前記弾性腕部の先端部に設けた軸受け部に操作レバーの回動軸部を回動可能にそれぞれ係合したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 弾性腕部の先端面に、操作レバーの組み付けを容易にするテーパ面を形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- ベースの両側端面に係合,固定した支持金具に、操作レバーの回動軸部を回動可能に嵌合したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。
