Description

The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.

In general, a deployable disposable diaper having a fastening tape is well known. In such a disposable diaper, conventionally, an elastic member is disposed on the waist portion of the back side portion over a predetermined length in the width direction of the disposable diaper. In such a conventional disposable diaper, the waist part of a back side part is expanded-contracted in the waist direction by said elastic member, and it fits a wearer favorably, and the leak from a back side part is avoided.

However, even in such a conventional disposable diaper, there has been a case in which leakage from the waist portion has not been sufficiently avoided and leakage has occurred.
Patent Document 1 proposes a disposable diaper in which a fastening tape is obliquely attached to the main body at a predetermined angle with respect to the horizontal axis of the main body.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-73305

However, in the disposable diaper described in Patent Document 1, there is a problem that the fastening tape fastened to the outer surface of the abdominal side part is easily detached during wearing.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that provides a good fit to the wearer's back by fastening the fastening tape to the abdomen and that the fastening tape does not easily peel off during wearing. There is to do.

The present invention is arranged on a body having a ventral part, a dorsal part, and a crotch part positioned between the ventral part and the dorsal part, and both side edges of the dorsal part of the main body. A disposable diaper having a fastening tape, wherein the fastening tape is against a straight line extending in the width direction of the main body so as to move away from the crotch portion toward the distal end portion from the proximal end portion in the protruding direction. It has a fastening part that is inclined and can be detachably fastened to the outer surface of the abdomen side part, and the fastening part is a male member of a mechanical hook-and-loop fastener having a number of engaging projections. Each engaging protrusion has a shape that is long in one direction in a plan view of the male member, and the fastening tape is parallel to a straight line extending in the width direction of the main body on the ventral side portion. , When fixed to the outer surface of the ventral side, The one direction of the engaging protrusion is inclined with respect to a straight line extending in the width direction of the main body on the ventral side so as to move away from the crotch as it goes from the distal end portion to the proximal end portion of the fastening tape. The above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a disposable diaper configured as described above.

In the disposable diaper of the present invention, the fastening tape is firmly attached to the wearer's back by fastening the fastening tape to the abdominal side, and the fastening tape is difficult to peel off during wearing.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on a preferred embodiment thereof.
A disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter referred to as diaper 1) as an embodiment of the present invention is particularly suitable for babies, and as shown in FIG. A main body 5 having a back side portion B positioned on the back side and a crotch portion C positioned between the abdominal side portion and the back side portion, and left and right side edges of the back side portion B of the main body 5 This is a so-called unfolded diaper having a pair of left and right fastening tapes 6, 6.

The main body 5 has a structure in which a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable or water-repellent back sheet 3 and a liquid-retaining absorbent 4 interposed between these two sheets are integrated, Further, the three-dimensional guard forming sheets 7 and 7 are disposed so as to partially overlap the both sides of the top sheet 2.
In the three-dimensional guard forming sheet 7, both end portions in the longitudinal direction and a region having a predetermined width on the outer side in the width direction are fixed to the top sheet 2 and / or the back sheet 3. The three-dimensional guard forming sheet 7 has an elastic member (not shown) for forming a three-dimensional guard in the vicinity of the edge of the main body 5 in the lateral direction (X direction in FIG. 1) side. Due to the contraction force of the elastic member, a portion having a predetermined width from the edge is separated from the topsheet 2 to form a three-dimensional guard.

As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 5 has recessed portions on both sides of the longitudinal center portion, and the width is wider at both longitudinal end portions than at the longitudinal center portion. A leg-around elastic member 81 for fitting the leg portion 8 to the wearer is provided along the longitudinal direction of the main body 5 in the leg portion 8 which is arranged around the wearer's leg when worn in the main body 5. ing.

As shown in FIG. 2, each fastening tape 6 in the present diaper 1 extends in the width direction of the main body 5 so as to move away from the crotch portion C toward the distal end portion 6 a from the proximal end portion 6 b in the protruding direction. It is inclined with respect to the straight line BL.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, the fastening portion 61 of each fastening tape 6 is composed of a male member 63 of a mechanical surface fastener having a large number of engaging protrusions 62. The male member 63 has a long shape in one direction FL in plan view. Here, the “plan view” is a case where the projection 62 for each engagement 62 is viewed from the umbrella portion 62a in the direction of the base member 64. Specifically, the male member 63 is viewed in the direction of FIG. Say.

As shown in FIG. 3, the male member 63 in the present diaper 1 has a hook-shaped engagement protrusion 62 having an umbrella portion 62 a that is long in one direction (more specifically, substantially elliptical), and a base material 64. The umbrella portion 62a protrudes greatly from the shaft portion 62b at both ends in the longitudinal direction FL, but protrudes relatively small on both sides in the longitudinal direction FL. Therefore, the male member 63 exhibits a particularly large resistance against the shearing force applied in a direction parallel to the one direction FL.
Such a male member 63 having an engagement protrusion 62 that is long in one direction is conventionally known, and a conventionally known member can be used without particular limitation as such a male member. The protrusions 62 may be manufactured separately from the base material 64 and fixed to the base material 64 by heat fusion, adhesive, or the like, or may be integrally formed with the base material 64. good. In the drawing, the number of protrusions 62 is shown smaller than the actual one in consideration of easiness to see.

According to the present diaper 1, since the fastening tape 6 is inclined with respect to the straight line BL extending in the width direction of the main body 5 as described above, the fastening tape 6 is placed in the width direction of the main body 5 at the ventral side A. A good fit to the back side of the wearer can be obtained only by being fixed to the outer surface of the abdominal side A so as to be parallel to the extending straight line AL. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when the diaper 1 is worn, the edge 51 on the back side portion B side of the main body 5 is positioned higher in the central portion of the back side portion B than in both side portions of the back side portion B. The back side portion B is attached so as to wrap up to the upper part of the wearer's buttocks, and as shown in FIG. 5, the back side portion is along the slightly depressed portion 10 existing around the wearer's waist. B fits well. Therefore, in the diaper 1 of this embodiment, although the elastic member extended in a wearer's trunk periphery direction is not distribute | arranged to the waist part 52 of the back side part B, favorable fitting property is obtained on a wearer's back side. . In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, by omitting such an elastic member, the manufacturing process can be simplified and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. However, such an elastic member can be arranged for the purpose of obtaining higher fit. In addition, the waist part 52 of the back side part B here is between the position of the edge 51 on the back side part B side of the main body 5 and the edge 41 on the back side part B side of the absorber 4. Region 52 (see FIG. 1).

Moreover, in the present diaper 1, the fastening tape 6 is parallel to the straight line AL (see FIGS. 1 and 4) extending in the width direction (X direction in FIG. 1) of the main body 5 in the ventral side A, When fastened to the outer surface of the ventral side A, as shown in FIG. 4, the longitudinal direction FL (one direction) of each engaging protrusion 62 of the male member 63 is based on the distal end portion 6 a of the fastening tape 6. It inclines with respect to the straight line AL extended in the width direction of the main body 5 in the ventral part A so that it may move away from the crotch part C as it goes to the edge part 6b. Therefore, even after the fastening tape 6 is fixed, even if a force in a direction inclined with respect to the fastening tape as shown by an arrow D in FIG. And is difficult to peel off from the outer surface of the ventral part A.

In the present diaper 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the longitudinal direction FL of the engaging protrusion 62 is inclined with respect to a straight line AL extending in the width direction of the main body 5 at the abdominal side A when the diaper is worn. Further, the longitudinal direction FL of the engaging protrusion 62 is not parallel to the center line CL extending in the protruding direction of the fastening tape 6 but parallel to the straight line BL extending in the lateral direction of the diaper. Therefore, the angle θ1 formed between the center line CL of the fastening tape 6 and the straight line BL extending in the lateral direction of the diaper, and the fastening tape 6 are parallel to the straight line AL extending in the width direction of the main body 5 at the ventral side A. Then, the angle θ2 formed by the straight line AL and the longitudinal direction FL of each engaging projection 62 when fixed to the outer surface of the ventral side A is substantially the same angle. However, in the diaper of the present invention, the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 may be different.

From the viewpoint of enhancing the fit to the recessed portion 10 on the back side of the wearer, the angle θ1 (see FIG. 2) formed by the center line CL in the protruding direction of the fastening tape 6 and the straight line BL extending in the lateral direction of the diaper is 1. It is preferably ˜45 degrees, more preferably 10 to 20 degrees.
Also, from the viewpoint of making it difficult to peel off the fastened fastening tape, the fastening tape 6 is fastened to the outer surface of the ventral side A so as to be substantially parallel to the straight line AL extending in the width direction of the main body 5 in the ventral side A. In this case, the angle θ2 formed by the straight line AL and the longitudinal direction FL of each engagement protrusion 62 is preferably substantially the same as the angle θ1. The absolute value of the difference between the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 is preferably 10 degrees or less, and more preferably 5 degrees or less, depending on the wearer's body shape and the operation at the time of wearing.

Each fastening tape 6 in the present diaper 1 is fixed to a tape base 65 and one surface of the tape base 65 by a known joining means (adhesive, heat fusion, etc.) as shown in FIGS. And the male member 63.
The tape base 65 has a fixing portion 66 fixed between sheets constituting the main body 5, and a protruding portion 67 extending from the side edge 53 in the back side portion B of the main body 5. An end portion of the protruding portion 67 on the side edge 53 side is a base end portion 6 b of the fastening tape 6.

In the male member 63 in the diaper 1, the end edge 63 a on the base end portion 6 b side of the fastening tape 6 is substantially parallel to the side edge 53 in the back side portion B of the main body 5. Therefore, since the side edge 53 of the main body 5 and the end edge 63a of the male member 63 are close to each other and bending is not likely to occur between them, the end edge 51 on the back side portion B side of the main body 5 is used as the side portion of the wearer. It can be surely inclined so as to become higher toward the center on the back side, and the fit to the back side can be more reliably improved.
From such a viewpoint, the separation distance W1 (see FIG. 2) between the side edge 53 of the main body 5 and the male member 63 is preferably within 5 mm over the entire width of the fastening tape 6. From the same point of view, a material that is difficult to stretch is suitable for the tape base material 65, and 50 cN when the tape base material 56 is subjected to a tensile test along the center line CL extending in the protruding direction of the fastening tape 6. The elongation at / 25 mm load is preferably 5% or less (the tensile test speed is 300 mm / min). From the same viewpoint, the width of the fastening tape is preferably 20 mm or more.

On the outer surface of the abdominal side A of the diaper 1, a fixed portion 9 is formed which is made of a female member of a mechanical surface fastener and fixes the fastening tape 6. As the female member of the mechanical surface fastener here, the male member 63 of the mechanical surface fastener can be engaged by pressing, and the tricot knitted fabric commercially available as the female member of the mechanical surface fastener. In addition to a knitted fabric such as a non-woven fabric, a non-woven fabric (for example, a spunbonded non-woven fabric, an air-through non-woven fabric, etc.) rich in engagement can be used.
In this diaper 1, the to-be-attached part 9 is formed in the outer surface of area | region A4 (refer FIG. 1) in which the absorber 4 exists in the ventral part A. The to-be-attached part 9 is provided in the region A4, for example, when the to-be-attached part 9 made of another member is bonded to the outer surface of the diaper 1 by adhesion or fusion, or the outside of the diaper 1 It is preferable that the member forming the surface itself is composed of a non-woven fabric with high engagement.
By making the to-be-fixed part 9 on the outer surface of the region A4 where the absorber 4 is present, the fastening operation (engagement by pressing) of the fastening tape 6 at the time of wearing the diaper becomes easy, The fastening state of the fastening tape 6 is stable, and the end edge 51 on the back side B side of the main body 5 can be reliably tilted so as to become higher from the side of the wearer toward the center on the back side. The fit to the wearer's back can be more reliably improved.

In order to exert such an effect, it is most preferable that the to-be-fixed part 9 is arranged on the outer surface of the diaper main body 1 in a state where it does not protrude in the longitudinal direction of the diaper with respect to the region A4. . It should be noted that, in the range where the above-described effect is exhibited, the to-be-attached portion 9 is allowed even when it is arranged in a state where a part of the to-be-attached portion 9 protrudes in the longitudinal direction with respect to the region A4. The length of the protruding portion is preferably within 5 mm.
Moreover, in order to exhibit the above effects, the absorbent body preferably has a certain degree of rigidity, and the basis weight of hydrophilic fibers (generally defibrated pulp) contained in the absorbent body is 100 to 100. 400 g / m 2, more preferably it is preferred to 150 to 350 g / m 2.

In this diaper 1, the side edge 53 in the back side B of the main body 5 is substantially perpendicular to a straight line BL extending in the lateral direction of the diaper, as shown in FIGS. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the diaper is worn, the side edge 53 of the back side portion B is inclined so that the upper end side is positioned forward of the lower end side, thereby increasing the tightening force around the legs. A good fit can be obtained around the waist of the wearer while preventing it from becoming too much. From this point of view, the length H measured along the side edge 53 from the edge 51 of the back side B to the intersection 69 of the fastening tape center line CL and the side edge 53 of the back side B (see FIG. 2) is preferably 2 to 6 cm, and more preferably 3 to 5 cm. In the present specification, the “side edge at the back side portion of the main body” does not include the side edge at the recessed portion of the main body 5.

The formation material of each part in the diaper 1 is demonstrated.
As a material for forming the top sheet 2, the back sheet 3, the absorber 4, the three-dimensional guard forming sheet 7, the leg-hole elastic member 81, and the like, various known materials used as those materials in conventional absorbent articles. Can be used without particular limitation. For example, as the top sheet 2, various liquid-permeable sheet materials such as a nonwoven fabric and a perforated film can be used, and as the back sheet 3, a resin film that does not have moisture permeability, fine pores, A wet resin film, a non-woven fabric such as a water-repellent non-woven fabric, a laminate of these and other sheets, etc. can be used. As the absorbent body 4, defibrated pulp, hydrophilic long fibers (for example, acetate tow), A fiber assembly made of hydrophilic fibers such as rayon, or a fiber assembly in which a superabsorbent polymer is held can be used.
As a material for forming the tape substrate 65, a sheet-like nonwoven fabric or resin film made of a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or a laminate (laminated composite) thereof or the like can be used.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the fastening tape of the diaper 1 described above includes a continuous member 65 ′ of a tape member having a predetermined width and a continuous member 63 ″ of a male member, and individual engaging protrusions 62. After joining so that the longitudinal direction FL is oriented in the direction (CD) perpendicular to the machine direction (MD), the composite is oblique to the machine direction (the angle is perpendicular to the machine direction (CD)). Can be easily manufactured by intermittently cutting along a cutting line 68 of θ1) The fastening tape obtained in this way is a predetermined one on one end side in the direction (CD) orthogonal to the machine direction. The width region 66 ′ is fixed between the sheet materials of the main body 5 to form a fixing portion 66. The predetermined width region 66 ′ is a cutting line oblique to the machine direction, as shown in FIG. Instead of cutting at 68, perpendicular to the machine direction It can be cut in parallel with the cutting line and direction (CD).

FIG. 8 shows a tape base continuum 65 ′ (hereinafter also referred to as a continuum 65 ′) after the male member continuum 63 ″ is joined, and each fastening tape after cutting (in detail, It is a figure which shows the cutting | disconnection and space | interval formation apparatus preferably used to form the space | interval between adjacent fastening tapes, and to convey the composite body of the male member 63 and the tape base material 65 to a subsequent process.
The cutting and interval forming apparatus is mainly configured by 100 parts of a roller cutter provided with a cutter roll 101 and a receiving roll 103. Cutting blades 102 are provided on the peripheral surface of the cutter roll 101 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction.

The cutting blade 102 in the cutter roll 101 shown in FIG. 8B is a portion (between P1 and P3) that cuts the continuum 65 ′ obliquely with respect to the direction (CD) orthogonal to the transport direction (machine direction, MD). Part) and a part (part between P3 and P2) cut parallel to the orthogonal direction (CD). The part between P3 and P2 of the cutting blade 102 is parallel to the axial length direction of the roll 101. A portion between P1 and P3 of the cutting blade 102 forms a predetermined angle (θ1 in the unfolded state) with respect to the axial length direction of the roll.
In addition, the receiving roll 103 has an area 104 having a predetermined width corresponding to a portion cut in parallel to a direction (CD) perpendicular to the conveying direction of the fastening tape (machine direction, MD) in the axial length direction. A large number of suction holes 105 are formed. On the other hand, a suction hole 105 is formed in a region corresponding to a portion cut obliquely with respect to the direction (CD) orthogonal to the fastening tape transport direction (machine direction, MD) in the axial length direction of the receiving roll 103. Not.

When the continuous body 65 ′ is cut with the cutting and interval forming apparatus shown in FIG. 8, the circumferential speed V 2 of the receiving roll 103 is set so that a gap with a predetermined width is formed between the fastening tapes 6 after cutting. Both rolls are rotated so as to be faster than the peripheral speed V 1 of the cutter roll 101. And if continuous body 65 'is introduced between these both rolls, continuous body 65' will be cut | disconnected by each fastening tape 6, and a space | interval will be formed between fastening tapes 6. FIG.
The fastening tape 6 conveyed while being adsorbed on the surface of the receiving roll 103 is transferred to a conveyance device for conveyance to the next process at an appropriate position. For example, the conveying device 200 shown in FIG. 8A is a vacuum conveyor, and by transferring the fastening tape 6 onto the endless belt 202 conveyed on the box 201 by suction from the vacuum box 201, the endless belt While adsorbing and holding on 202, it is conveyed to the subsequent process. In the subsequent process, the fastening tape 6 is transported to the junction with the continuous body of the diaper body by the transport apparatus 200 or another transport apparatus delivered thereafter, and is intermittently joined to the continuous body. . In addition, as a means for detaching the fastening tape from the surface of the receiving roll 103, various conventionally known devices can be used in addition to the vacuum conveyor.

When the continuum 65 ′ is cut obliquely with respect to the conveying direction, as shown in FIG. 7B and FIG. 8B, the cutting is approximately the one end E1 side in the width direction of the continuum 65 ′. 7a toward the other end E2 side, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), when obliquely cut across the entire width between both ends E1 and E2 of the continuum 65 ′, the other end E2 of the continuum 65 ′. In the state where the side is not completely cut, the one end E1 side is pulled by the receiving roll having a high peripheral speed, which may disturb the state of the fastening tape 6 after cutting. By providing a portion that is cut parallel to the direction (CD) perpendicular to the transport direction (machine direction) on the end E2 side, the fastening tape 6 can be prevented from being disturbed, and stable cutting and spacing can be formed. It is.
A portion parallel to the direction (CD) orthogonal to the transport direction (machine direction) is provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape (on the other end E2 side in the continuum 65 ′), and such cutting and spacing are formed. By using the device, cutting and spacing can be easily and reliably formed with fewer steps, and thus a disposable diaper with a fastening tape extending obliquely can be more easily and reliably manufactured with fewer steps. Can do.
Needless to say, other known cutting devices such as a crank cutter may be used for cutting the continuous body 65 '.
