Description
本発明の他の好ましい実施形態は従属項に記載される。
本発明は乳汁射出反射を活性化させるために母親の胸に刺激を与えることを可能にする。
IFTは、わずかに周波数が異なる2つの交流電流信号の合計に基づく。得られた電流は、2つの信号の周波数の違いに基づき振幅が周期的に変調する。信号が同相のときは、合わさって刺激するのに十分な振幅となるが、位相がずれている場合は刺激は起こらない。IFCのうなり周波数は2つの信号の周波数の差に等しい。例えば、4200Hzと4100Hzに設定された信号を有する2チャンネルIFCのうなり周波数、つまり刺激レートは100Hzである。
実験に使用されたTENSユニットの詳細
1.ナショナル;EW431w;低周波数筋肉刺激装置
2.OSIM;プロ−セラピスト;モデル OS−205;電力供給:S006P AC9V 1pc;振動周波数:1〜250Hz;電力消費:最大約45mA(負荷1k)
結果:
1.ある母親−彼女自身の家で。電極は乳首の片側に配置。TENSでの刺激10秒以内に母乳が乳頭から滴り始めた。
2.ある母親−授乳センター;左胸;TENS−左胸外側部に電極。

Claims (15)
- 母乳の絞り出しのために女性の乳房を受ける部分を備えた胸カップと、前記胸カップと連結された圧力源と、女性への経皮的電気神経刺激(TENS)のための手段と、を有する搾乳器であって、
前記TENSのための手段が、電気刺激を発生するTENSユニットと、前記女性に前記電気刺激を印加する電極と、前記TENSユニットから前記電極へ前記電気刺激を送る電気ワイヤとを有し、
前記電極が前記胸カップに内蔵されるか又は取り付けられる、搾乳器。 - 前記TENSユニットが前記圧力源に取り付けられるか又は内蔵される請求項1記載の搾乳器。
- 前記胸カップは漏斗型部を有し、前記電極がこの漏斗型部に配置されるか又は取り付けられる請求項1または2記載の搾乳器。
- 母乳の絞り出しのために女性の乳房を受ける部分を備えた胸カップと、前記胸カップと連結された圧力源と、女性への経皮的電気神経刺激(TENS)のための手段と、を有する搾乳器であって、
前記TENSのための手段が、電気刺激を発生するTENSユニットと、前記女性に前記電気刺激を印加する電極と、前記TENSユニットから前記電極へ前記電気刺激を送る電気ワイヤとを有し、
前記電極が前記胸カップに内蔵されるか若しくは取り付けられるか、又は前記電極が前記女性の胸に付けるパッドであり、前記電極が乳頭又は乳輪上には配置されず、
前記TENSユニットが前記圧力源に取り付けられるか又は内蔵され、
前記胸カップが漏斗型部を有し、前記電極がこの漏斗型部に配置されるか又は取り付けられる、搾乳器。 - 前記電極が、胸郭側神経及び/又は前側皮神経(anterior cutaneous nerve)及び/又は外側皮神経(lateral cutaneous nerve)を刺激するように配置される請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記電極が1時と11時の間の領域に配置される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記TENSユニットが、連続した及び/又は掃引及び/又はパルス状の刺激を与える請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記TENSユニットは、0〜250Hzの範囲の周波数のパルス状刺激を与える請求項7に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記搾乳器は、前記圧力源と前記胸カップを連結するための真空管を有し、前記電気ワイヤが少なくとも前記真空管の長さの一部に沿って前記真空管に接続される請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記真空源と前記TENSユニットの同時作動を防ぐための制御手段を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記TENSユニットが干渉波治療(IFC)を提供するようプログラムされた請求項1〜10のいずれか一項記載の搾乳器。
- 前記電極が1時と4時の間の領域及び/又は8時と11時の間の領域に配置される請求項6記載の搾乳器。
- 前記TENSユニットは、10〜250Hzの範囲の周波数のパルス状刺激を与える請求項8に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記パルス状刺激のパルス長が10〜1000μsの範囲である請求項7,8または13に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記パルス状刺激のパルス長が50〜200μsの範囲である請求項14に記載の搾乳器。
