Description
また、第2油溝に供給された油はロータ軸を冷却するが、第2油溝の周方向の長さが第1油溝の周方向の長さより長くて冷却面積が大きいので、ロータ軸の冷却効果が大きくなり、ロータ軸の熱膨張による隙間の減少による軸受の損傷を防止することができる。

Claims (6)
- 圧縮機のロータ軸を支持する圧縮機用軸受において、軸受荷重の作用方向と反対側の軸受面に、第1油溝を設けるとともに、該第1油溝に対して反回転方向に隣接して第2油溝を設けて、前記第1油溝と前記第2油溝に外部から油を供給する給油孔をそれぞれ設け、前記第2油溝の周方向の長さを前記第1油溝の周方向の長さより長くし、前記第2油溝の給油孔の大きさを前記第1油溝の給油孔の大きさより小さくしたことを特徴とする圧縮機用軸受。
- 圧縮機のロータ軸を支持する圧縮機用軸受において、軸受荷重の作用方向と反対側の軸受面に、第1油溝を設けるとともに、該第1油溝に対して反回転方向に隣接して第2油溝を設けて、前記第1油溝と前記第2油溝に外部から油を供給する給油孔をそれぞれ設け、前記第2油溝の周方向の長さを前記第1油溝の周方向の長さより長くし、前記第2油溝に連通する流路の少なくとも一部の断面積を前記第1油溝に連通する流路の断面積より小さくしたことを特徴とする圧縮機用軸受。
- 圧縮機のロータ軸を支持する圧縮機用軸受において、軸受荷重の作用方向と反対側の軸受面に、第1油溝を設けるとともに、該第1油溝に対して反回転方向に隣接して第2油溝を設けて、前記第1油溝と前記第2油溝に外部から油を供給する給油孔をそれぞれ設け、前記第2油溝の周方向の長さを前記第1油溝の周方向の長さより長くし、前記第2油溝に連通する流路に絞り手段を設けたことを特徴とする圧縮機用軸受。
- 前記軸受面に前記第2油溝から軸受端面まで延びる逃がし溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の圧縮機用軸受。
- 軸受荷重の作用方向と反対側の軸受面に、前記第2油溝に対して反回転方向に隣接して第3油溝を設けて、前記軸受面に前記第3油溝から軸受端面まで延びる逃がし溝を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機用軸受。
- 前記第3油溝に外部から油を供給する給油孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧縮機用軸受。
