Claims (3)
- 内、外何れか一方の周面が熱源に臨み他方の周面が閉塞部材により覆われる円筒体状のジャケット本体と、このジャケット本体の前記閉塞部材に覆われる側の周面に相互に独立させて環状に形成した複数段の円筒水路と、これらの円筒水路の円周方向に位相の異なる少なくとも2ヶ所にこれらの円筒水路を貫くようにして設けた貫通孔と、これら貫通孔の所要領域を選択的に閉塞して冷媒流入口から一端側の円筒水路に導入される冷媒を各円筒水路内に順次蛇行させつつ流通させて他端側の円筒水路まで導くための選択閉塞部材とを具備してなる冷却用ジャケットであって、
前記選択閉塞部材に中空孔を形成し、冷媒が前記中空孔内を流れて円筒水路に導入されるようにしていることを特徴とする冷却用ジャケット。 - 前記他端側の円筒水路内の冷媒を冷媒流出口に導くための管路を前記円筒水路に貫通させて設けている請求項1記載の冷却用ジャケット。
- ハウジングの内方に、ターボ翼と、当該ターボ翼を高速に回転駆動させる熱源たるモータとを配設し、これらターボ翼とモータとを回転軸を介して連結した高速回転機器であって、
モータから生じる熱を冷却する請求項1又は2何れか記載の冷却用ジャケットを備えていることを特徴とする高速回転機器。
