・基板間の距離は2mmとし円筒状に形成(図5参照)。
・陽極はアルミ素材表面の酸化アルミニウムを除去し片面の酸化アルミニウムを残し、陰極は酸化アルミニウムを全面除去する。

Claims (4)
- 水を入れた水素ガス生成槽内の水から電気分解によって水素ガスを生成する為の陽極及び陰極を含み、当該陽極及び陰極がアルミニウムで構成してあり、該陽極と陰極が1mm〜3mmの間隔を置いて縦方向に設置されており、水の強制循環装置を設置することなく前記水素ガス生成槽の上部に接続された管とフィルターにより構成された水酸化アルミニウムを回収する溶液還流浄化装置とからなることを特徴とする水素ガス生成装置。
- 前記陽極及び陰極は酸化アルミニウム皮膜が除去されたものでなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素ガス生成装置。
- 水素ガスを生成する為のアルミニウムを素材として構成している陽極及び陰極が、1mm〜3mmの間隔を置いて縦方向に設置し、水を入れた水素ガス生成槽内の水から電気分解によって生成する水素ガスにより、前記陽極と陰極の間に上昇流を発生させ、該水素ガス生成槽の上部の浮上した水酸化アルミニウムを該水素ガス生成槽の上部に接続された管により吸入し、フィルターにより回収しながら、電気分解により水素ガスを生成させることを特徴とする水素ガスの生成方法。
- 水素ガス生成槽に、0.5〜2重量%の塩化ナトリウムを含む水を入れて、請求項3記載の水素ガス生成を行うことを特徴とする水素ガスの生成方法。
