Description

【0001】

[Operation and effect of feature composition]
According to the connection part of the elongate body cover which concerns on the said invention, centering is made easy between a 1st spacer and a 2nd spacer, As a result, in a 1st protective cover and a 2nd protective cover The first protective cover and the second protective cover can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the arrangement plan line of the long body to be supported, and each has the following unique effects.
[0011]
According to the first characteristic configuration of the connecting portion of the long body cover according to the present invention, the protective covers of the long body cover can be connected and centered without increasing labor, and the protective function thereof. Can be maintained well. That is, the reference line between the first spacer and the second spacer can be easily matched by inserting the connection side end of the first spacer into the recessed portion of the second spacer. In addition, since the contact surface formed in the recessed portion of the second spacer is orthogonal to the arrangement reference line, if the connection side end of the first spacer is accurately processed, it can be centered only by making contact. In addition, since the connection-side end portions of the first spacer are inserted between the contact protrusions on both sides, it is possible to prevent the lateral displacement of both arrangement reference lines. This will be described along the example shown in FIG. 3. The connection side of the second spacer 6 constituting the second protective cover 4 with respect to the connection side end portion of the first spacer 3 constituting the first protective cover 1. Since the recessed portion 10 is formed in the end portion, and the connection side end portion of the first spacer 3 is configured to be freely inserted into the recessed portion 10, the connection side end portion of the first spacer 3 is configured as the recessed portion. The displacement of the arrangement reference line L between the first spacer 3 and the second spacer 6 can be prevented only by being internally fitted between the ten contact projections 12. Further, since the contact surface 11 of the recessed portion 10 is orthogonal to the arrangement reference line L, if the connection side end portion of the first spacer 3 is accurately processed, this is contacted with the contact surface 11. By simply making it, you can reliably center. Moreover, even if the processing of the contact-side end portion of the first spacer 3 is not accurate, the contact-side end portion can be inserted between the contact projections 12 to be oriented, and the core It becomes easy to take out. Furthermore, the second cover member 5 constituting the second protective cover 4 is configured to be freely fitted to the connection side end portion of the first cover member 2 constituting the first protective cover 1. It becomes. In other words, by inserting the protruding piece portion formed to protrude on the contact surface of the second spacer into the groove of the first spacer formed on the wall surface side to which the first spacer is attached, the contact protrusion formed to protrude on the contact surface The alignment can be reinforced. In addition, since the contact protrusion is positioned between the wall surface in the groove of the first spacer, the second spacer can be temporarily held between the first spacer and the wall surface. . Explaining this along the example shown in FIG. 8, the contact surface 11 in the recessed portion 10 of the second spacer 6 is formed in the groove 22 formed on the lower side of the first spacer 3, that is, on the side contacting the wall surface W. By inserting the protruding piece portion 13 formed so as to protrude into the side wall, the first spacer can be brought into contact with the side wall surface of the groove 22 on its side, and is formed by the contact protrusion 12 protrudingly formed on the contact surface 11. The alignment function with respect to 3 can be reinforced. Moreover, since the inserted protruding piece 13 can be held between the first spacer 3 and the wall surface W in the groove 22, the second spacer 6 is temporarily held by the first spacer 3. Thus, the first spacer 3 and the second spacer 6 can be easily assembled to the wall surface. The long body is supported on the first spacer 3 and the second spacer 6, and the first cover member 2 and the second cover member 5 are locked and fixed to the first spacer 3 and the second spacer 6. is there.
[0013]
According to the 3rd characteristic structure of the connection part of the elongate body cover concerning the said invention, while there exists an effect of the said 1st characteristic structure, attachment to the wall surface of the elongate body cover in a connection part becomes still easier. Become. That is, the both side walls of the groove of the first spacer between the pair of contact projections formed to protrude on both sides of the contact surface in the recessed portion of the second spacer and the pair of holding protrusions formed to protrude on the contact surface The second spacer can be attached to the first spacer by sandwiching the portions. When this is described along the example shown in FIG. 9, a groove is formed on the lower side of the first spacer 3, that is, on the wall surface W side to which the first spacer 3 is attached, and the recessed portion 10 formed on the connection side end of the second spacer 6. Further, a contact surface 11 that can freely contact the connection side end of the first spacer 3 is formed, and a pair of contact projections 12 formed on both sides of the contact surface 11 and the contact surface 11 project. The second spacer 6 can be temporarily attached to the first spacer 3 by sandwiching both side wall portions 23 of the groove 22 of the first spacer 3 between the sandwiched protrusion 14. .
[0014]
As a result, the protective covers of the long body covers that protect the long body can be easily connected to each other, and a sufficient protective function can be exhibited even at the connecting portion.
[0015]
In the description of the means for solving the problems of the present invention described above, reference is made to the drawings and reference numerals are used for convenience of comparison with the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the configurations of the reference drawings and other attached drawings.

Naturally, the one end side and the other end side of each protective cover are provided with the structure of the connection side end portion of the first protection cover and the structure of the connection side end portion of the second protection cover. Then, each protective cover can be connected to the connecting portion without interposing another connection cover.
[0026]
[Another embodiment]
Embodiments of the connecting portion of the long body cover according to the present invention not shown in the above embodiment will be described below.
[0027]
<1> In the above-described embodiment, the pipe joint supported by the first protective cover 1 that is a linear cover and the pipe joint supported by the third protective cover 7 that is a linear cover are protected from different diameter joints. The second protective cover 4 formed as a protective cover and as a connection cover for connecting the first protective cover 1 and the third protective cover 7 has been illustrated and described. In addition to the different diameter joint, it may be a connection cover that protects the location where the diameter of a long body such as a simple pipe joint has increased, or as a connection cover that protects a bent part of a long body such as a bent pipe joint. It may be configured. In the case of this bent portion, the second spacer is bent in plan view, and the arrangement reference line marked on the surface of the second spacer has a different angle at both sides of the bending point, and the bent portion is bent. It only needs to intersect at the point.
[0028]
<2> In the above embodiment, the example in which the first protective cover 1 and the third protective cover 7 that are linear covers are connected using the second protective cover 4 as a connection cover has been described. The connecting portion of the scale cover may be a connecting portion that only connects the first protective cover 1 and the second protective cover 4. For example, when the second protective cover 4 is connected to a long body such as a pipe or an electric wire along the wall surface W in the bent connection portion of the pipe, the long body to be connected is in a through hole formed in the wall. A protective cover terminal portion may be formed when arranged. Further, the second protective cover 4 may also be configured as a linear cover that protects the elongated body arranged in a straight line. That is, the connection part of the long body cover according to the present invention may be configured as a connection part that simply connects the linear covers.
[0029]
<3> Instead of the above <2>, the second protective cover 4 may protect the T-shaped branch portion of the elongated body. For example, a first protective cover that is a linear cover and a third protective cover are arranged on a straight line, and a fourth protective cover that is another linear cover protects a branch portion that is arranged in a direction orthogonal thereto. It may be configured as two protective covers, provided with connection-side end portions at both ends, and extended laterally from the intermediate portion thereof, and provided with a connection-side end portion at the tip thereof. In this case, the second spacer is formed in a T shape in plan view, and is configured in the same manner as the recessed portion 10 formed at the connection side end of the second spacer 6 in the above embodiment at each connection side end. What is necessary is just to form the recessed part to be formed. The second cover member locked and fixed to the second spacer is the same in that it is formed in a T shape in a plan view.
[0030]
<4> In the above-described embodiment, the three grooves 22 extending in parallel and over the entire length are formed on the back surface of the first spacer 3 (or the third spacer 9), that is, the surface on the wall surface W side to which the first spacer 3 is attached. Although the example was demonstrated, the said groove | channel 22 may be formed over the full length, and may have the vertical rib formed in the length direction in the center part. Further, the groove 22 may be formed only at the connection side end. In addition, the groove | channel does not need to be formed in these spacers.
[0031]
<5> On the contact surface 11 provided in the recessed portion 10 of the second spacer 6 in the above embodiment, on the lower side of the first spacer 3, that is, on the side contacting the wall surface W as shown in FIG. A protruding piece portion 13 that can be brought into contact with the side wall of the formed groove 22 and that can be inserted into the groove 22 can be formed to protrude from the contacting surface 11. In the illustrated example, the groove 22 is formed in the first spacer 3 over the entire length in parallel with each other, and the protruding piece 13 is formed as shown in FIG. It is possible to contact the outer wall surface 22a of the groove 22 on both outer sides of the first spacer 3 with the portion of the contact surface 11 located in the groove 22 of the first spacer 3 at the connection side end of the second spacer 6. The first spacer 3 is relatively fitted into the recessed portion 10 so that the outer surface of the protruding piece 13 contacts the outer wall surface 22a, as shown in FIG. The centering function of the contact protrusion 12 provided in the recessed portion 10 is supplemented. In addition, when the protrusion piece part 13 with which the said 2nd spacer 6 is equipped is interposed between the 1st spacer 3 and the 3rd spacer 9 as shown in the said embodiment, said 2nd spacer 6 is attached. Even if it is not temporarily fixed, since the state supported by the first spacer 3 and the third spacer 9 can be maintained, the locking member 28 can be attached and fixed as it is. Further, when the protruding piece 13 is adjusted to the depth of the groove 22, the protruding piece 13 is sandwiched between the first spacer 3 (or the third spacer 9) and the wall surface W. Therefore, the second spacer 6 can be temporarily fixed by simply inserting the protruding piece 13. In addition, you may form these protrusion piece parts 13 so that the inner side wall surface 22b of the said both outer side groove | channel 22, ie, the side surface of the rib between the said groove | channels 22, can contact | connect. Furthermore, when the groove 22 is formed as a single piece, the protruding piece 13 may be formed as a single piece. In this case, it is preferable that the width of the protruding piece 13 is matched to the width of the groove 22.
[0032]
<6> In the above <5>, the example in which the pair of contact projections 12 and the pair of protruding pieces 13 are formed in the recessed portion 10 of the second spacer 6 has been described. In the case where the groove 22 is formed on the lower side in contact, instead of the projecting piece 13, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, the groove 22 can be inserted into the groove 22 and both side walls of the groove 22. A pair of holding projections 14 that can hold the portion 23 between the pair of contact projections 12 may be formed to protrude below the contact surface 11. In the example shown in the figure, as shown in FIG. 5A, the pair of sandwiching protrusions 14 can be pressed and contacted to the inner surface of the outer side wall 23 in the groove 22 inside the both sides of the first spacer 3. As shown in FIG. 5B, the contact projections are respectively formed on the side wall portions 23 from the outside by relatively fitting the first spacer 3 with the second spacer 6. 12 comes into surface contact, and the holding projection 14 is pressed from the inside. If the contact side portion 14a of the holding projection 14 is formed with irregularities to prevent the holding projection 14 and the side wall 23 from slipping in the arrangement reference line L direction, The relative holding member between the one spacer 3 and the second spacer 6 can be maintained well. The contact side portions 14a of the pair of sandwiching protrusions 14 are opposed to each other so that the ribs erected in the groove 22 are sandwiched between the contact side portions 14a on both sides. Also good.
[0033]
<7> The above describes the example in which both the connection side end portions of the protective cover have the same configuration and the second protective cover 4 is the connection cover. It is good also as a structure of the connection side edge part in a protective cover, and making the other connection side edge part into a structure of the connection side edge part in said 2nd protection cover. If comprised in this way, protection covers can be easily and easily connected between one end side and the other end side, and a protective function for an internal long body without using another connection cover or connection member at the connection portion. Can be granted.
