前述したフローセルの組立ての際、まず微小部材6が覆い板3のポケット10へ差込まれ、続いて中間板及び底板5が覆い板3の位置ぎめピン12上へはめられ、その際位置ぎめピン12が中間板及び底板の位置ぎめ穴13及び18へ入る。

- 3つの板(3〜5)から成る積層体を持つフローセルであって、可撓性材料から成る中間板(4)が、中間板より一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)の間に挟まれ、板の少なくとも1つが、液体を収容するために設けられる少なくとも1つの凹所(15,17)を持ち、この凹所が積層体の他の板(3,5)により区画されているものにおいて、
板(3〜5)が、板面に対して平行な方向に凹所(15,17)から離れた所に設けられる結合手段(12,13,18)により、中間板(4)を押付けながら互いに結合され、
一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)のうち少なくとも1つの板(3)が、別々に予め製造される微小部材(6)を収容する収容部を形成するため中間板(4)の方へ開くポケット(10)を持ち、
ポケット(10)が前記少なくとも1つの板(3)を貫通しかつ肩部(11)を持つ開口により形成されるか、又はポケットが前記少なくとも1つの板(3)にあって中間板(4)から遠い方の側を閉鎖されている開口により形成され、

- 板の1つに、板厚に比べて薄くされてカニューレにより突き破り可能な底範囲(38,116,119)を持つ凹所(32e,111,112)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の1つに記載のフローセル(図5f及び図10a〜c)。
- 一層剛性の材料から成る板(3,5)の少なくとも1つと一体に、フローセルの接続を行う接続片(7〜9)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の1つに記載のフローセル。
- フローセルの接続片が円錐状の外面又は内面(142,143)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のフローセル。
- フローセルに電気導体(126,130〜135)が統合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の1つに記載のフローセル(図11)。
- 導体(126,131,133)が板の1つの被覆の形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のフローセル。
- フローセルの外側に形成されて液体を収容するために設けられる凹所(27)が箔(26)により覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の1つに記載のフローセル(図4d)。
- 板(3〜5)のただ1つの積層体が複数のフローセル機能ユニット(2)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16の1つに記載のフローセル。
- 積層体の2つの板の間に、弁を形成するか又は外方へ開く凹所を覆う箔(84,109)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17の1つに記載のフローセル(図8e及び図9d)。
