Description
該設定部は、該表示部(1100,8,21,23,25,26,2728,32)を構成する流量表示部(32)の100桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a),10桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22b),1桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22c)を備え、該設定部を構成する前記アップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a,22b,22c)で該輸液流量(mL/h)を入力する時、100桁に対応する前記アップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a)を押し続けても数値が1ずつしか増減せず、かつ、押す毎に、ブザー音と同期して1ずつ増減するように該制御部で制御し、該表示部(1100,8,21,23,25,26,2728,32),該設定部はドアに設けられ、該ドア(4)は、本体ベース(3)の表面に対して最大角度まで開かれ、この位置で停止する一方で、該ドア(4)の開閉動作の途中位置ではガタツキを防止するようにヒンジ(65)により回動軸支され、該ヒンジ(65)の間には電源供給及び電気信号伝達のためにフレキシブルケーブルの(63)一部が露出する状態で設けられており、該操作スイッチパネル(1000)への電源供給及び電気信号伝達を行えるようにされ、該ドア(4)が開いた状態または輸液開始中は、該設定部を構成する全ての前記操作スイッチパネル(1000)での設定入力をできないように該制御部で制御することを特徴とする。
輸駅装置の1例としての蠕動式輸液装置1を輸液用ポール90に固定し、ドアを開いた様子を示した外観斜視図、図5は背面斜視図及び底面斜視図である。また図6はブロック図である。図1の状態から、後述する、例えば可撓性の輸液チューブ2(図2参照)をセットし、ドア4を閉じた状態で使用される。この使用状態において、情報に設けられたハンドル5と左右の突起部3a(図1では右側のみ図示)を除いた装置本体の外形寸法は、横幅寸法が約19cm,高さ寸法が約16cm,奥行き寸法が約16cmである。
この輸液装置1は、図示のように輸液用ポール90に対して固定するために固定用ノブ92を螺合した固定金具91を背面に固定しており、輸液装置1を輸液用ポール90の任意の高さに随時固定して使用できるようにしている。さらに、この輸液装置1を輸液用ポール90から取外した後に、患者ベッド傍らの机上に置いた状態でも使用できるようにするために底面の4隅にはゴム足93が固定されている。
Claims (2)
- 輸液量、輸液流量を設定する操作スイッチパネル(1000)を備えた設定部、該輸液量、該輸液流量を表示するための表示部(1100,8,21,23,25,26,27,28,32)、制御部を備えた輸液装置であって、
該設定部は、該表示部(1100,8,21,23,25,26,27,28,32)を構成する流量表示部(32)の100桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a),10桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22b),1桁に対応するアップ・ダウンスイッチ(22c)を備え、
該設定部を構成する前記アップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a,22b,22c)で該輸液流量(mL/h)を入力する時、
100桁に対応する前記アップ・ダウンスイッチ(22a)を押し続けても数値が1ずつしか増減せず、かつ、押す毎に、ブザー音と同期して1ずつ増減するように該制御部で制御し、
該表示部(1100,8,21,23,25,26,27,28,32),該設定部はドア(4)に設けられ、
該ドア(4)は、本体ベース(3)の表面に対して最大角度まで開かれ、この位置で停止する一方で、該ドア(4)の開閉動作の途中位置ではガタツキを防止するようにヒンジ(65)により回動軸支され、該ヒンジ(65)の間には電源供給及び電気信号伝達のためにフレキシブルケーブルの(63)一部が露出する状態で設けられており、該操作スイッチパネル(1000)への電源供給及び電気信号伝達を行えるようにされ、
該ドア(4)が開いた状態または輸液開始中は、該設定部を構成する全ての前記操作スイッチパネル(1000)での設定入力をできないように該制御部で制御することを特徴とする輸液装置。 - 輸液動作開始後の操作パネル操作を無効にするキーロック・スイッチをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の輸液装置。
